1 st visit- Gainesville Office, wait over 3 hours. Staff, zero star. 2nd visit, Lake City office, 5 minutes late, he would not see me, he said I was late. Staff zero star.Never went back!

Dropped me as a patient as I questioned a bill.
Accent sent me a letter he signed stating he would not be seeing me because I questioned a bill, while in office he proceeded to look down my throat with a tiny tube, took less than a minute...was billed for 'surgery' not covered by my insurance as it was not surgery...because I questioned why he did not inform me they would bill looking at my throat with a tube as surgery, I had to pay over $250.00 out of pocket! Nasty attitude. I hope others weren't as scammed as I was. Then dumped because the bill was questioned...and paid!!

Overall, incredible experience with Dr Hall and all his staff. I’m a New patient and everything was smooth from booking my first appointment, to surgery. They saw me the same week and once I met Dr Hall I felt very confident he diagnosed my problem correctly. I was about to get surgery elsewhere and I found out that some of those procedures weren’t necessary. I wouldn’t have known if it wasn’t for Dr Hall. His PA, Alex is also fenomenal. I’m very thankful I ended up with Dr Hall. He’s great!

NEW PATIENTS BEWARE! If there's any advice you can take from a Google review today, then please read this review and take heed from my warning. The staff at the Accent ENT Office are completely disrespectful and incapable of providing even minimally acceptable customer service. I've made numerous complaints to their management and supervisor staff without any recognition or accountability on their behalf. My multiple problems have ranged from being spoken down to by scheduling staff and hung-up

My symptoms: dizziness and nausea . My experience with Dr. Hall was horrible: poor listener, jumps to conclusions, arrogant, and misdiagnosed me. During the brief intake, I mentioned I was also suffering from headaches and quickly dx me w/ "atypical migraines" without taking time to examine my ears and listen to my concerns. He refused to do hearing test. Five days later, I went back to my PCP and was diagnosed with a hearing infection in L ear and swollen nasal glands. How does ENT miss this?

Do NOT allow them to force you to pay your deductible BEFORE surgery. I had surgery in May of 2016, and in March of 2017, I am still trying to get our $2,000 that they overcharged me back. They will now not answer calls or return phone messages. Because they screwed up the billing so badly, all other bills, from the facility, labs, etc. came due because it showed I did not meet our deductible and went to credit collection. Dr. Hall - FIX YOUR STAFF!
