Biography: Dr. Pothen C. Koruth is a Board Certified Internist who completed his training in internal medicine at Mt. Sinai Medical Center, Case Western Reserve University. Following residency, he started practice in California and later moved to Central Florida to help establish one of the first fully pledged hospitalist programs in the country.In 1999, he teamed up with Dr. Farideh Zadeh, a professional colleague of long standing, to start SunState Medical at its current location.His vast outpatient experience in California and recent work as a hospitalist have been tremendous assets to his present practice.

Biography: Dr. Farideh Zadeh completed her residency in internal medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center, Case Western University. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine.She started her practice in California in 1995 and moved to Florida in 1998.She received her preceptorship award from the American Medical Association for her efforts towards medical student training. She has a special interest in women's health and preventive care. A warm and caring physician, she is attentive to all aspects of patient care.Besides her full time practice, she is raising two sons, Daniel and Cyrus.
