As you might guess, I love music. I also love to dance. My patients see evidence of both those passions in my clinic space. I have practiced many styles of dance - flamenco, ballet, modern, Horton and samba. I've recently added another to my repertoire when I signed up for African dance lessons. \n I always tell my patients: "Find a way to exercise that you will enjoy." Dance is my favorite way to unwind and burn some calories in the process.
