Dr. Thomas Sherrill, MD

Dr. Sherrill was my doctor from 2006 to 2015, almost 10 years. Visited him for numerous illnesses and physicals during that time. Always enjoyed office visits as much as possible, as DRE’s are not very enjoyable. LOL! In 2015, at the age of 49, I was diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer. The standard treatment for prostate cancer is radical prostatectomy, if caught before metastasis. Since diagnosis, I have had numerous treatments, which will continue until they are no longer effective. Side effects of treatments sure changes a guy, so to speak. I also never thought my life would be cut so short, by such a curable disease, this day and age.

I have been a patient since 1997. Dr Sherrill is always up to date on medical news and anything that might help his patients. He is a very patient person who listens carefully to what the patient is telling him. He is a honest man, a family man and a Christian.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Sherrill’s since 2002. Absolutely the best doctor! I feel like he is someone I can tell anything to. He is genuinely engaged and really listens to understand the issue before diagnosing. Frankly over the years he has become a friend! Not sure where he has gone. But I hope he surfaces soon. Can’t imagine sourcing a new doctor.......hope all is well Dr. Sherrill! Please let us know your alright.....

I have been with Dr. Sherrill for over 20 years. He’s knows my family well and has taken very good care of all of us. I don’t want another dr. Where is he?

Dr. Sherrill performed a minor surgery to remove a cyst in a sensitive area of the body at Holston Medical Group. The surgery went very well. I have found him to be extremely concerned in other visits for a couple of issues. I would recommend him highly.

I called the office with some chest pains. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. could not of ask for better service from his staff. Dr. Sherrill was prompt at seeing me and listened to me before ordering test. Sent me for three separate test which were handled in a timely fashion all staff very polite and professional. After the test were performed I spent about ten minutes in the exam room when Dr. Sherrell arrived with the results. I would highly recommend this office.

Dr. Sherrill was our family doctor for 10 years until we moved states. He and his staff are amazing and we are struggling to find someone as great in our new home. Highly recommend.

Dr. Sherrill is very honest! Isn't that the best quality in a dr.? Yes, he knows his medical stuff too, but what sets him apart is he is not trying to just make money off of you. You can trust him - and that is why we keep going back to him and even now have our children go to him.
