Very helpful and conversational
We have seen Dr. Djigrova on several visits and have been pleased with our care. We also appreciated her taking time to set up a Zoom call with us when we were out of town and got sick. She responded quickly and communicated with a pharmacy nearby (not our regular pharmacy) to arrange for a prescription. She is both professional and friendly.

Recommended
Very pleasant and great listener. I’ve held off going to a doctor during the height of Covid but needed to get a primary that didn’t just focus on one issue. She wanted to help me to get the tests and medications that I have omitted the past few years. She has sent me home with paperwork that reviewed all the things we talked about. Very proactive!

not my cup of tea
i felt like she kept trying to talk me out of tests i specifically asked for because she thought they were unnecessary and repeatedly stated that the insurance might not pay for it. let me worry about the insurance. i did not feel listened to at all. i felt like she didn't even look at my exisiting medical history that supported my requests. and i advocate for myself and this dr did not support this at all.

Does not listen
When trying to explain my concerns, she cut me off and would not allow me to complete my thoughts. She wanted to explain text book definitions even after I pointed out there were some other variables to consider.
