Biography: Mitchell Austin, MD, is a board-certified otolaryngologist who has been in practice since 1993, working throughout central Florida. He earned his medical degree at the University of Nevada in Reno, Nevada and completed an internship in general surgery at the University of Alabama at Birmingham where he also did a residency in otolaryngology. Dr. Austin completed a pediatric otolaryngology fellowship at the Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia. Since 2021, he has been in private practice in Tampa, Florida. Also an educator, Dr. Austin served as an assistant professor in the department of otorhinolaryngology at the University of Pennsylvania and a clinical associate professor of medicine at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. He is the author of numerous presentations, editorials, book chapters and reviews, and he has written six original papers published in peer-reviewed journals.

Biography: Rodrigo Silva, MD, is double board-certified in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery and Complex Pediatric Otolaryngology. He earned his medical degree from the University of Brasilia in Brazil. He pursued his specialty training in Pediatric Otolaryngology at the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC. Before joining AdventHealth for Children, Dr. Silva was most recently at the Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, TX, where he led the cochlear implant and microtia/atresia programs. Dr. Silva has an extensive portfolio of published articles, presentations, book chapters and abstracts to his credit. He has given talks and lectures on the national and international level. Dr. Silva's practice includes general pediatric otolaryngology conditions, as well as more complex ear procedures such as hearing implants, ear reconstruction for microtia, and endoscopic, minimally invasive approaches to cholesteatoma and Eustachian tube dysfunction. Dr. Silva is dedicated to the wellbeing of each patient and strives to provide exceptional care every day.

Biography: Aaron Domack, MD, is an Head & Neck and Microvascular Surgeon who has given numerous professional presentations at medical forums around the U.S. and has published several works in peer-reviewed medical journals. A teacher as well as a surgeon, Dr Domack mentors other medical students and also has a large catalog of courses he has taught. He has traveled from Kenya to Peru and throughout the Caribbean, bringing head and neck surgery options to underserved communities worldwide.
