Dr. Steehler was absolutely amazing! He was very nice, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I went in for a small procedure, and he did an outstanding job—there was no pain at all, and I’m extremely happy with the results. I’m so thankful I found Dr. Steehler and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. Truly a great experience from start to finish!

Very BAD experience. I wish I would have looked at the other reviews on the web. Dr. Steehler didn't resolve a simple issue and seems confused. The office procedure is tedious and lengthy and you can spend 30 min answering idiotic questions on their iPad. Disregard to patients' time. Took about 75 min before I saw the doctor. The hearing test occurred in a lab that looks like it's 30 years old and I got the feeling I can have better test using my smartphone. The hearing test was very outdated.

Horrible service. In and out in 2 min. Hurt my nasal passages by not following procedure while doing the endoscopic. Complaint at the front office and not even an apology Never again.

I had several appointments and a surgery with Dr. Steehler and had great results! I've experienced no symptoms whatsoever since surgery! Additionally, Dr. Steehler was conscientious about my medical background and communicated clearly and empathetically. His office is also run very well and medical records were well-handled-- better than any other place I'd ever gone to. I'm very grateful for both his results and the efforts he and his office put into communicating with me and my family. I couldn't recommend him or his office more highly.

Dr. Steeler did not know how to treat my medical condition. He had me do tests ( one expensive CT scan ) and the results did not find anything wrong. It my a great waste of time and money seeing Dr Steeler :(

He basically wrote off my sudden onset hearing loss as permanent. He really pushed hearing aids. He said soon everyone will have hearing aids; they are the next fitbit. He said my hearing loss was not new; had always been this way (not true). He did write a prescription, however he did not write directions for the medication. I returned to the pharmacy Monday and the had not been able to contact him. This medication is critical in restoring my hearing.

I had the "Dreaded" adult Tonsillectomy preformed by Dr. Mark Steelher. I legitimately can't praise this Dr enough. He inspired a huge level of calm and confidence during my initial consultation with his expertise and professional mannerisms. The actual surgery went quickly and smoothly and although the RECOVERY for this operation is no joke, Dr. Steelher did his absolute best to manage my pain levels without delay. This was very important to me as I had just had an infant and needed to be able to function without being in terrible pain during recovery. The entire staff from Dr to Nurses to reception did an amazing job from start to finish. Thank you SO much for getting me through this procedure. I couldn't have had a better DR or experience.

Very disorganized organization. Lost an MRI CD we handed them a week prior to our appointment. When referred to a neurologist they sent inaccurate information on patient symptoms.!
