Painful, not pleasant
As soon as she came to do the visit, she didn't bother with 'hello' -- she just shoves her scope down my nose and throat rapidly and painfully. No diagnosis. No treatment, just a referral. My wife had the same experience meeting this doctor. We both have deviated septums and this requires some finesse on that equipment.

Took my daughter to see this doctor, one of the worst experience ever. Doctor was dismissive of my daughter issue. Thank good for the nurse who listen to my daughter and even corrected the doctor on a lot of issues. The nurse said my daughter may have APD. Took my daughter to another doctor who diagnosed her with APD.

I am happy to RECOMMEND Dr. LISA WAIZENEGGER and her staff very highly. Prior to my appointment I read a few negative comments and was hesitant, but I needed to see an ENT as soon as possible and my medical insurance recommended her. I found Dr. Lisa Waizenegger to be very professional, polite and compassionate when I met her. She listened attentively to all my complaints and concerns. She examined my ear, my nose and throat. She explained to me what she was about to do before she did, and showed me on the monitor what she was doing. She checked thoroughly and then ordered additional tests to rule out any possible complications. It was a great experience from start to finish.

My wife has seen Dr. Waizenegger twice now. The office (and staff) are good: polite and decent enough. I was, however, bugged by the front desk attendant not wearing a mask when everyone else is required to). Dr. Waizenegger seems to be a decent doctor and practical, which I appreciated, but she was quite rude with me today when I asked her (politely) why she was 40 minutes late--I missed a work meeting because of it (but that's okay, my time and job are not as important). I was disappointed in her ability to manage her time well and to listen to what would have been constructive feedback before she cut me off and said, "I'm sorry, I'm done with this conversation." In my opinion, she is a bit of snob. Unfortunately, a robot could have probably provided a more pleasant (and timely) visit, but her medical input (therapy is all my wife needs) seemed sound enough.

I was a patient of Dr. Waizenegger for several years, and she performed two different surgeries on me. I have found her to be the most dedicated, caring, and decent doctor that I have ever met. I have had amazing ENTs over my 56 year lifetime, but she is is the best . . . period. She has been thorough in my care, outstanding as a surgeon (other doctors who examined me constantly praise the work she did on my sinuses), and dedicated. I could not be more impressed.

I went to Dr Waizenegger with what appeared to be a sinus infection. While scoping my nose, she repeatedly accused me of using "recreational drugs". I don't use them, and after she badgered me about it for about the third time, I really got offended. I had severe pain in my head for about a month and she basically blew me off and told me that I "just" had a headache. This woman has no business being a doctor. She clearly didn't care one bit about my welfare. I will not be returning to her.

My wait time was 1hr 45mins, even with an appointment scheduled. The stuff was not friendly at all and I had to pay a high amount of copay, which made no sense to me, because if the stuff would have contacted my insurance, they would know immediately what is cover. After consulting my insurance, I had to contact the doctor's office to request my money back, 3 weeks after my appointment to find out that this process will take another 2-3 weeks until I get it back. I would NOT recommend this place
