Biography: Dr. Williams completed The Maryland Spine Fellowship Program in 2002 under the direction of Paul C. McAfee MD, Associate Professor of Orthopedics and Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery at The Johns Hopkins University. He specializes in common conditions, ranging from cervical and lumbar disc herniations to more complex reconstructive procedures including adult scoliosis and degenerative spondylolisthesis. Dr Williams has also been at the forefront of minimally invasive spine surgery since 2004. This includes outpatient surgeries and innovative techniques such as total disc replacement. He has office hours at Einstein Medical Center and Einstein Elkins Park Hospital. He operates at both hospitals, including minimally invasive surgery at Einstein Medical Center Elkins Park and Einstein Medical Center Montgomery.

Biography: James S. Raphael, MD, is the Chairman of the Department of Orthopedic Surgery, and Director of the Hand Surgery Program at Einstein Medical Center. Dr. Raphael specializes in the treatment of chronic and traumatic conditions of the hand, wrist and elbow. He is regionally recognized for his proficiency in today's most advanced orthopedic surgery procedures, including arthroscopy, microsurgery, replantation, free-tissue transfer, nervesurgery and reconstruction. Dr. Raphael co-chairs the Research Program in the Department of Orthopedics at Einstein Healthcare Network and has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed medical journals. Biography: Dr. Andrew Beaver is a board-certified Orthopedic Surgery with specialized training in the area of sports medicine. Throughout his career, Dr. Beaver has served as a team physician for many high school programs and professional teams, including the Philadelphia Wings. Among his affiliations, Dr. Beaver is an active member of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine. Dr. Beaver received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Einstein Medical Center and fellowship trained in sports medicine at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Prior to joining Einstein, Dr. Beaver was an Attending Physician at the Cooper Bone & Joint Institute. Dr. Beaver is currently seeing patients at Einstein Medical Center Elkins Park and Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia.
