All staff was very pleasant to deal with, as was Dr. Frankel.

Very straight forward and caring, knew how to approach the issue and provided option on moving forward.

I had fallen approximately 5 months after I had a total knee replacement surgery. I was experiencing discomfort and numbness. I was concerned that I had misaligned the metallic hardware as a result of the fall. The appointment confirmed that the knee replacement surgery was still in intact.

Dr. Frankel is enjoyable, professional and concise. Good sense of humor and great at communicating as well as making one at ease while giving his full attention. Great Doctor.

The office was flexible with an appointment issue. Dr. Frankel is caring, knowledgeable, and gives excellent care.

Dr. Frankel replaced my left hip. The process went smoothly, the staff was professional, and I am pleased with the outcome. I would recommend him highly.

Went to Dr Frankel for severe right hip pain. He took the time to review my MRI with me in detail and answered all my questions. My left leg ended up about 1” shorter from a left hip replacement 10 years ago by another surgeon which has caused cronic back pain. He clearly explained what he may be able to do to shorten the right (TBD) to some degree when replacing the right. He clearly understood the severity of this problem and I trust him to mostly balance my leg length discrepancy when he replaces in January. I advise anyone considering a hip replacement to discuss this potential problem with their surgeon as it can cause major problems especially if they have any existing low back problems. Highly recommend.

Several years ago I was desperate to find someone who would not dismiss a problem with my right knee. I was finally referred to Dr. Frankel who immediately diagnosed a torn meniscus, which was backed up by an MRI. All of the meniscus was removed but I have done well with arthritic bone on bone and his help, including a prescription for a stabilizing knee brace. I have never had to wait long and I have found him very understanding and encouraging as I struggled to keep up with my love of hiking on a bad knee. He is now scheduled to replace the knee. I'm scared about the knee replacement but trust him.

I came to Dr. Frankel with severe pain. I left everything at home but my car keys.I limped in and sat down. The lady in the office yelled over to me that i owe $48.00. Real professional. The whole office was looking at me. She couldn't walk over to talk to me. I realized i didn't have my purse. They refused treatment after all the money that my insurance paid. Of course i appreciated the lady not talking to me privately but yelling accross the room. I was in tears and I came home. No treatment

I was extremely happy with Dr Frankel & his staff. Total knee replacement went well & I’m on the road to an active life again ! Very pleased with Paoli Hospital too.

Dr frankel was thorough and answered all my questions. He gave me several treatment options and set out a suggested plan which made sense and seems to be producing results already. His staff are easy to deal with too and best of all there is little or no waiting.

Dr. Frankel and his staff were very efficient. I was listened to and time was spent with my evaluation. I left the office extremely pleased.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Frankel on and off for many years and would never think of going elsewhere with any orthopedic concerns.
