Other than having to wait for a half hour in an mt waiting area, the visit was great. He is very friendly, explains things well, and doesn’t rush.

Dr. Jones is a very competent hand surgeon. I had carpal tunnel surgery and a mass excision. He clearly explained the surgery beforehand and what I should expect. Additionally, he explained what was happening during the surgery. He was very reassuring and often checked with me about how I was doing.

The practice in BrynMawr is very efficient and friendly. Waiting room is spacious. Valet parking for anyone who is not able to walk very far. Registration is easy. Staff available to help if needed.

After 2 previously unhelpful provider opinions, I ultimately made my way to Dr. Christopher Jones for a desperate last opinion. He was kind, courteous and truly took the time to listen to me about the extreme hand pain I was experiencing. Where the previous providers basically told me “there’s nothing we can do“, Dr. Jones was able to ascertain the root cause of the problem and offer a non-opiod, non-surgical (both of which I was not interested in) pain treatment option. In one appointment, my pain (from complications of overuse of my osteoarthritis finger) has virtually disappeared. It’s the first time I’ve been able to sleep through the night without pain in almost a year and I am ever so grateful for his care. He was also very helpful with pain management tips outside of his office going forward. I am so glad I found him. I highly recommend Dr. Jones and Rothman!

I had two displaced fractures on the 4th/5th metacarpals of my dominant hand. Dr Jones explained the procedure to insert screws to stabilize and took time to answer all questions. He even called my cell the next day after surgery to follow-up and see how I was doing. I’ve had many ortho procedures over the years (55yo), and he’s the only Dr that took the time to call himself and follow-up. He invests in his patients and brings an engineering mind to his approach.

I came to Dr Jones through my DIL, she's an OR nurse, she said that her colleagues had used Dr Jones for their carpal tunnel surgery and had great results. I scheduled my consultation appointment with Dr Jones. I found him to be personable, informative, and answered my questions. He took the time with me as well. Never felt rushed. My surgery went very well and my results were fabulous. He called me the following morning to see how I was doing! I no longer have tingling and numbness my fingers on both hands. No more painful nights waking me up trying to release the pain. If you have carpal tunnel, please consider contacting Dr Jones office for your consult. He was great with my results.

Dr. Jones operated on my badly broken wrist and put it back together with 11 screws and a plate. I had zero pain from start to finish – truly no pain at all – and attribute this entirely to his expertise. I also have excellent mobility and use of the wrist. I had heard from many that he is the finest wrist and hand surgeon, and my experience was that he is exactly that. He is also extremely patient and answered the many questions I had, he followed up himself the next morning, and again gave me all the time I needed at my postoperative meeting. I could not recommend him more highly. Truly, he is incredibly gifted, and we are lucky that he is practicing.

I have Dupuytren’s syndrome in my right ring finger. Dr. Jones is my first choice surgeon for my hand. He has a lot of experience and a great bedside manner. I scheduled my surgery for the Fall.

Dr. Jones is highly skilled and truly cares about the outcome of his patients. He made sure he removed all of the bone chips in my shattered wrist and even corrected a bone that a few years earlier had healed out of alignment due to a different surgeon missing that the bone was broken. I couldn't believe how much faster I healed and how great the results were with Dr. Jones. I now have full use of my hand and wrist, with no pain and no limitations. There are not enough words to express how grateful I am to have found Dr. Jones.

I truly have never been to a more caring, qualified, and professional doctor. He carefully diagnoses your issue by asking questions and through examination. Then explains his plan to address the issue with a step by step approach. I have recommended Dr. Jones to many friends and we all drive over 90 minutes for his care.

Dr. Jones not only explained things clearly, he connected directly with my son who was the one who was hurt. He also remembered him from a previous visit 2 1/2 years before.
