Yes. PA Richard provided post-op care to me for a very painful procedure that I had done at the hospital. He explained everything, provided me with procedures to follow and within days all was 90% better. Pain was gone and I am getting better every day now. Hughly recommend.

My first visit to a urologist today and the anxiety level was sky high! Dr. Burns is an excellent dr and he immediately got the anxiety level down and put me at ease. Very thorough, professional, trustworthy and respectful. Explained everything in great detail. I will definitely be back to see Dr. Burns again! I now know that the people that leave bad reviews are the ones that prob complain about everything. The staff is great too! I can honestly say you wont be disappointed with this doctor!!!

He was very thorough and even though they were very busy he took the time to listen to all of my questions and concerns. He explained everything to me and recommended a couple follow up tests. He then took more time to listen to my questions about the tests/procedures and explained those to me. Would recommend to anyone.

He was very rude and arrogant when reviewing my latest CT scan because I didn't agree on how to handle my kidney stones. He forgets one thing, he is not the Doctor, although it seemed pretty evident to me that his big ego thinks he is. I expressed my thoughts on the previous surgeries I had at this practice and how much I suffered with the last one. I am 67 and have no one to assist me, and then he went off stating they couldn't meet my parameters. I'm the patient, shouldn't I have a say so.

Perfect person to see if you want someone to belittle you about your condition. Also, if your insurance won't cover what he prescribes, don't bother calling and asking for something different because you will probably have a very rude nurse tell you The PA says hes not going to call you something else in
