Horrible bedside manner
The nurse and doctor are extremely rude with no bedside manner to speak of. “Drop your pants and get on the table is not an appropriate greeting” The nurse refused to answer a simple question prior to my father “dropping his pants”. The doctor repeatedly referenced my father “refusing” to have another scope. He did not refuse the scope, his question was “why do I need a scope if I’m having the MRI?” Doc not interested in answering his question, more interested in stating that “since he’s refusing the scope”. My calm 82 year old father was so flustered and upset that he will definitely not be returning.

I got a vasectomy about a month and a half ago. My initial consultation was at the Ohio Valley office and was very comforting. The doctor was thorough and did not make anything weird. The actual appointment ended up being very nice also. The nurse (Nancy, i believe was her name) that took me back was very nice, understanding, and thorough. She really made me relaxed about the whole procedure. Doctor Corral was very professional. He talked me through every move he made and always made sure I was comfortable. The only reason I took a star off was that I had to clean myself up and I thought that was a little weird. After I was sewn up, I was instructed over to the sink to wash up and clean myself. It might be a liability thing with getting clothes dirty or something but I dont know. Honestly, it was very unexpected but all in all not a big deal.

Went to see this dr about a hydrocele. Saw Dr. Burns (P.A.) on my first appt. Excellent dr! It was my first trip to the urologist. As soon as he walked thru the door, all the nervousness instantly disappeared! He did a great job of explaining the test results from the ultrasound that they did at that appt and what my options were. Dr. Corral did my surgery and did a great job! Ignore the bad reviews on here!! Great drs and great staff! They dont mess around and they care! Highly recommend!

Not only did he offer no plan to solve my problem but he seemed rushed like he couldn't be bothered to even give me a diagnosis. For how difficult it was to get an appointment with him I expected more than 10 minutes of his time to just tell me he wouldn't do anything to try and help me.

Dr. Corral is an excellent doctor. I've had instant relief with his procedures and would recommend him to everyone I know. His staff was very efficient and friendly. All my pre-op procedures were done in the same building and I didn't have to go to several different places to have these done. Richard and I got along great. He put me at ease. Thank you Dr. Corral and staff!!

I found Dr Corral to be compassionate, competent, caring Doctor. I have had 3 surgeries at this practice, but because of the treatment received by Richard Burns, PA, I will not return. He seems to feel he is as qualified as the Doctor, going so far as yelling, you came here for help because of your pain and now we don't meet your parameters. Being the 67 yr old patient I have the right to discuss what care I want or do not want. The appropriate response should Be, here are the options!!!!

Rudest bunch of nurses and physician assistants you could possibly put under one roof. The reception staff and doctor are very nice, however. What a shame.
