I've been unable to write for over ten years due to tremors in my hands. Ashley was my first contact for Deep Brain Stimulation surgery. Dr. Rezai is the surgeon I met to discuss the surgery, but Ashley has guided me through the process. I became frustrated with how long it took and the delay because of a blood test. Ashley was patient, explaining everything. Now that the procedure has been completed for my right hand, I understand why it took so long. The neurostimulator was turned on Friday. I can write. I'm looking forward to starting over again for my left hand.
