Caring but professional at the same time
Extremely detailed, office staff have always been pleasant and respectful. Because Dr. Osman takes time with each patient sometimes you wait. Isn’t that what each of us want, the amount of attention needed? Douglaston dermatology has done a spectacular job in caring for our skin over a period of years.

First ever visit to a dermatologist. I was in an exam room and answering questions within five minutes of my appointment time which, for a New York doctor, is the same as being thirty minutes early. Extremely through examine, asking lots of questions, and answering all the questions I could think up (when you don't go to doctors often, you store up questions).

I like doctor Osman. This is the first time that the skin of my entire body was thoroughly examined , no doctor had ever suggested it. She is right on target when it comes to diagnosis. Doctor Osman is also very gently and kind. The staff is very pleasant as well. I recommend doctor Osman . I give her 5 stars.

Dr. Osman was caring and made me feel very comfortable. She had great knowledge on my skin problem. I will always go back to her with any other skin problems I have. I did a review before on this subject and it gave her a poor rating because I did not complete the follow up area on this report. As none was needed.

The office is beautiful.... But the staff was a bit rough around the edges as well as the DR. A little more compassion would have been greatly appreciated. And the nurse was a little abrupt as well maybe it just wasn't a good day for them.

I love this Dr. She is extremely thorough and diagnosed my mothers skin cancer after another dr missed it. During the initial visit, she did a skin biopsy on my mother, which she said was painless. Dr. Osman was extremely informative about the condition and the treatment that would be needed. I highly recommend her.

I have been a patient here for years and never have I experienced what I have on Thursday. No organization, rude staff waited a long time to be rushed out of the exam room. This office has turned into advanced Dermatology and it's sad. Now I need to find a new Dr.
