Terrible experience
This DO was useless for my skin problems, unnecessarily caused pain, and is super rude and arrogant. I am glad I changed to a better provider for dermatology concerns.

Bad doctor
I have been a patient of Dr. Chan for many years because of my eczema. I have always been happy with the care I have received, but recently I have had a few bad experiences that have made me question whether I should continue to see her. The first issue is that the doctor has become very rushed. In the past, I would have a 15-minute appointment with the doctor, but now I am lucky if I get 5 minutes with her. The second issue is that the doctor seems to be more interested in making money than in providing quality care. In the past, I would have a skin exam regularly, but now the doctor only wants to talk about my eye bags and wrinkles. She is very pushy and coercive when it comes to treatments. She tried to pressure me into getting a treatment that I didn't want, and she even threatened to drop me as a patient if I didn't comply. I felt very uncomfortable and forced, and I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. In addition, she is very pushy when it comes to getting patients to writ

Dr. Chan is very welcoming and attentive. She listens to the patient backstory and offers her knowledge and various ways to help the problem. She also offers different methods of combating the problem based on what the patient can afford too. Those who work in her office are also very nice and friendly.
