I steal have pain in my knee after surgery 6 months ago

I had more complications coming out of surgery. I do not recommend this Dr.

I saw the good doctor today. He is so calm and so trustworthy. I feel so lucky to be in his care. The office is upbeat and patient. He explains everything and really cares . And there's free valet parking!

He was very thorough in his explanation of my concern and took the time to listen. Not many doctors I've seen in the past ever did that. He had a full office so I know he must be a well-recognized surgeon, but still gave me excellent service and advice. I was very impressed with Dr. Nguyen.

Im always impressed with my conversations with Dr. Trong Nguyen. He has a wealth of experience and it is evident. I think he's probably one of the best ortho surgeons around. I would easily refer him to my friends and family.

I am thankful in ever increasing measure for being provided contact information for a second opinion with Dr Trong B. Nguyen The staff is helpful and the location and appointment options and timeliness make it convenient. Yet, the biggest take away and consistent experience is the holistic, thorough, attentive, with excellence approach and more provided by this DO.

He is the best orthopedic doctor I have been to. I was impressed by his knowledge and expertise. I have heard a lot about him from other people and everyone I talked with gave him glowing reviews. So I went to him and I am so glad I did.

The best thing I like about OSSP Center is their personalized approach in dealing with their patients. They understand very well that patients have different levels of pain tolerance and that they have varying needs. I am a satisfied client of this clinic. And to Dr. Nguyen and the other doctors and staff, I thank you so much.

Dr. Trong Nguyen is an amazing surgeon. He cares, he listens and he's an expert in his field. I've had my right knee replacement in April and my left one just done Monday. He has efficient staff and he did my surgeries at osspcenter , and couldn't ask for better nurses or assistants.

I have been going to Dr. Nguyen for a long time off and on for different concerns. And I get it, when a patient has a bad day or comes in their office when their discomfort level is high - everything in the office irritates them. I have had those times as well. But honestly, every time I have been to the OSSP center to see Dr. Nguyen, he has always been professional, thorough and treated me with the utmost respect. Even during my bad days, he helped me to see there is still hope for each of my concerns. The staff was polite, efficient and attended to my needs. I think this is a great place to go for anyone that needs ortho care. I highly recommend the doctor and his staff.

I went to see Dr Nguyen for shoulder pain. On the first visit, he spent very little time with me although he did refer me for an MRI. On my second visit after the MRI he recommended surgery. He had not neither asked how much pain I was having, nor suggested either physical therapy or a cortisone injection first. I would absolutely NOT recommend him. Interestingly, I got a second opinion and the doctor recommended physical therapy first!!!!

I have never been more pleased with any medical procedure than my experience with Dr. Nguyen. He is very pleasant, knows how to talk to patients, lays it out in an organized way and follows through to to make sure the patient is doing well during recovery and achieves the mobility desired. He explained clearly what I needed to do to have the best result and what to expect. I followed his plan to a letter and achieved an extremely good result. He has an upbeat personality, very pleasant.

Dr. Nguyen did a total knee replacement surgery for my left knee. ...In my meetings with him prior to the surgery, I was impressed with his knowledge. Further, a year and a half later, I am impressed with the functionality of my knee. I have not had any problems what-so-ever. ...I am now due for knee replacement surgery on my right knee. As far as i am concern, he is the only doctor that I want working on my knee.

Dr. Nguyen is an amazing doctor but his staff are absolutely terrible. I have been going back and forth for 4 months about a $5,000 bill that they are now billing me for despite my great insurance. They say that because my insurance didn’t pay them “what they wanted” they are now billing me for the whole bill! After speaking with my insurance about this bill I find out they didn’t take the proper steps pre surgery to get approval and have no right to bill me for their mistakes. DO NOT GO HERE!

Great doctor...took me right out of pain that i had for one year. The office is delightful and this doctor is remarkably accomplished. I feel very lucky to have found him to deal with my complicated shoulder. He is very personable and really and truly cared about me. I will be forever grateful..Respectfully, Laurie Wright
