Over all expense was great!

Staff / Dr was great. But the parking situation was a nightmare. Takes 30 min just to find a parki g spot in the structure. And when you are asked to pay (parking fee) when you leave, they say they dont take cash. Since when is cash not an accepted payment anymore. If it wasnt for the parking, I would highly recommend.

I did the MyChart echecking but still had more similar paperwork at the doctor's office. Just seemed duplicative

I came in for an elective outpatient sports procedure and left with an amputation simply because he ignored overwhelming signs that I was having a complication. There was clearly a disconnect where the residents knew what was going on and he seemed to ignore them. When i finally returned to surgery 3 days later, I was told my leg was not savable and had an amputation. We are currently in the middle of a multi million dollar law suit as there was gross negligence involved.

At check-in, I was advised that all of the forms that I filled out online were not supposed to be filled out online and that the doctor preferred me to wait and do them when I arrive at the office. So if that's the case, that you really want the patient not to fill out the forms online, then it would make a lot of sense not to give the patient the forms online. So then I'm in the position of being asked to redo the forms and being asked to do the forms online when it was the case that the doctor didn't want me to do them online. So what I'm saying is there's a clash between what happened and what was intended. What happened was I was given forms, extensive forms to fill out online, and then I was told that I shouldn't have, even though I was told to. So as you can see, this is making extra hoops and kind of disorganized.

I just wanted to say that I had a really positive experience. I'm really nervous about my upcoming surgery, but the staff was very kind and reassuring. Dr. Wang also made me feel comfortable because this is my first surgery ever. He really put me at ease by telling me that this is something common that he feels confident in doing as well. His confidence in himself and him being knowledgeable and just trying to share with me everything that, you know, trying to explain to me what the process is all about. That really made me feel a lot more comfortable. I'm still really scared, but I'm very grateful for everybody trying to make me feel better about the whole deal.

Dr Wang and his team were awesome. I had been in a lot of pain for a very long time. Unfortunately I don't have any options outside of joint replacement but Dr Wang made me feel confident towards taking the next step (no pun intended) toward replacement. I did receive injections that helped reduce my pain and return to some everyday tasks- I am really grateful to have met Dr Wang and his team.

Glad I finally has it done. I was very scared to do it. It hurt bad but I'm glad it's over.

Great experience with UCI ortho. Everyone was very professional. I felt very well taken care of!
