Amazing Physician
Dr. West was simply amazing! As a patient, I felt that she was attentive to my concerns during the visit and I felt assured by the care given. She explained everything that I needed to do going forward clearly. I didn’t feel rushed or like she was in a hurry. She took her time assessing my needs, was very kind, and caring during the appointment. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely be returning.

Lack of bedside manners
Visited patient first today. And this was my first experience where I felt like I wasn't heard. This doctor is very dismissive. Even when I made a comment about another medicine I was taking and possible side effects her reply back was.. If you think that's it then just stop taking itOkay, I was asking because I wasn't sure.Took another 15 mins just for her to hand my medicine to me. Even though it was sitting outside my room.Overall it was no compassion of bed side manners. She actually had her back to me the whole visit
