Called to make an appointment. In order for the physician to see you, you have to pay a $2,200 'membership'. This allows you to have a longer annual exam, some events, etc. This does not apply to your deductible. Disappointing that this is what health care has evolved to. Your employer offers a plan with a high deductible ($2,500) and then you have to pay an additional $2,200 to see a dr.?? And the $2,200 does not apply to the deductible nor does it cover the appointments.

Best doctor in the world! He has helped me conquer weight loss, diabetes and anxiety. he is caring and willing to work with me via email and phone. He's not concerned about collecting co-pays and billing you. He's genuine and honest. He cares about my health and preventing problems versus treatment only.

Dr. Pong is caring, knowledgeable, and the best doctor I have ever been to. He is a great listener and spends a lot of time with you to make sure he truly understands any of your concerns. He and his office are very responsive to all my calls and questions. He is hands down the best doctor in Richmond.
