I don’t know where to begin, I lost 100 lbs and was left with a huge amount of skin on my arms along with considerable fat. I decided I needed to have the “bat wings” removed to feel more confident . From my very first phone call the staff was incredible. Answered all of my questions and provided detailed information. My first consult with Dr Koch was incredible, he spent the time to explain everything that goes into the process. He took pictures immediately and provided me with all the information I needed . I was given a breakdown of everything that went into the surgery. I was never pressured into having the surgery done. After consideration I decided to book the surgery. I was given a date within days with a request of when I wanted to go ahead with the surgery. I was brought into the office to fill out the necessary paperwork, which included everything in detail about the surgery to be done . The day of surgery he came in and answered any final questions I had and then marked me for the surgery. After surgery I went home to recover. I was in shock when I saw the results even just right after surgery . My arms were half the size and looked incredible. The pain was not at all what I anticipated, very minimal with the pain meds that were given. I immediately elevated and iced them as instructed which made healing easy. I received a call the next day from Dr Koch himself who was very pleased with the results and answered any questions I had. He also texted me the following day to check on me which was wonderful. I followed up a couple days later in the office . Dr Koch was absolutely wonderful and showed me pics of what was done. He brought out initial pictures to compare with. He checked my incisions and everything was going great. He asked if I had any questions or concerns which I didn’t and reinforced some of my steri strips and sent me home with extras. He was very kind and compassionate and genuinely cared. I am so very pleased with every aspect of my experience and would recommend him highly.

Dr Koch is very attentive and produces great results. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Dr Koch for years and was very happy until yesterday when he berated me about not being vaccinated for Covid. This is MY choice and I did not appreciate his attitude. I will not be going back

My eyes looked tired no matter what time a day it was. No matter the creams/lotions I would try it never seemed to make a real difference. People don't know that I had a procedure done, they just tell me I look "brighter." I actually forgot that my eyes were green because of how small and aged they looked.
