I got lucky a cancellation opened up to see the doctor sooner than later. UCI doctors are a huge wealth of experience. I'm not sure it would work, but maybe UCI could try partnership doctors for us patients that have insurance. I originally had a two month wait for my appointment.

When we first arrived, we did not know where we were going, and I asked a medical assistant we saw outside and she took the time out of her break to walk as to where we needed.. then she ended up being the medical assistant that took my vitals and walked us to our room. Amazing customer service.!!
