His staff was excellent. His nurse knew how to deal with an anxious person. His office had the necessary equipment. Dr Verma was efficient and listened to me.

Staff is very respectful. Doctor very respectful listen to my health problems. And explain in details how I can be helped . First in medical terms then explains what it is . And give me opinions on treatment . Clinic and staff always clean and froendly

I went to him bc I have a concern about my health. My ENT referred me to him bc he is more specialized in certain areas my ENT was not. Why would I even go to another ENT. My ENT saved my life in the past. I went to him thinking he will tell me more what's going on with me. He was apathetic. I felt like I was wasting his time. Telling him my history, he could cared less. Body language can tell you alot. His bedside manner told me he hates being a doctor. Why be a doctor if you dont have compassion for people. Im not lying about my condition. Im scared. Thats why I am seeking help. He said there is nothing he can do. No testing he can do. He is going by what I am telling him. If I took meds in past that worked. Why go a different route. Keep taking that. Didnt explain why I have my condition or what's causing it. Here I thought he specializes in my condition. I was shocked by how quick the appt was and how godly he presented himself. Again. I only went to him bc my ENT referred me bc he supposedly knows more about my condition. I work in healthcare. I been to many doctors and met many doctors. He seem to really hates his job. He needs to find another career then. Im not going back. Thank you.

Doctor did not seem interested in my case that's the feeling we got.

Dr Verma is very helpful and caring. He genuinely takes time to listen to and address my concerns.

Dr. Verma is a true eminence. He went over my history and found out the exact root of the problem, furthermore he referred me to other doctors who will be diagnosing other health issues that I have. I look forward to seeing him again soon and taking care of my swallowing problems and finally be able to enjoy eating with my family.

Doctor was very informative about the treatment plan, however, transparency about insurance coverage and what my responsibility will be was not as transparent as I thought it would be.

Dr Verma addressed questions I had about my ongoing treatment very thoroughly, and was able to adjust the treatment based on how my body has been reacting to the necessary steroid injections, which I greatly appreciate.

Staff was on time. Very efficient office and very helpful. Would recommend.

Some times appointments take long time to see the patient

The only thing were the signs showing you where pavilion 2 is were not clear. The physical signs could be bigger or lettering bigger on the building. Doctor was great. Office was great.

Dr Verma always answers my questions

I had been left sitting for 30 minutes in an examination room after my vitals were taken. I almost had to leave because I had class after my appointment. Also, parking should be free for all patients at UCI. Even though it is much cheaper when parking is validated, this is a courtesy that should be extended to people who are paying egregious medical bills.
