Dr. Kuan was very knowledgeable, respectful and very respectful. My experience with him was the best!

Visit was right on time. Staff courteous and friendly. Dr. Kuan had excellent bedside manner and made me feel easy and that he really cared and wanted to help solve my problem that had bothered me for more than 20 years. He asked many intelligent questions trying to pinpoint the cause of my problems. I also appreciated his team approach where he recommended that I see two other specialists so they could work together to treat me. Overall, an excellent first impression of Dr. Kuan and his UCI staff.

I did not feel rushed like some of my other doctor appointments. I appreciated his team approach where he recommended that I see other specialists so they could work together to solve my problem. Everyone is so friendly and attentive to you. Sometimes you find a few nice people but at UCI every one is at the top of their game.

Dr. Kuan is very personable and takes time to answer all questions.

The wait time from arrival to the doctor seeing me was too long. About 1.5 hours to the doctor coming into exam room.....

I was very pleased with this visit. It was a second opinion for me and a new visit as a new patient. I was very impressed with how attentive they treated me compared to the other office I went to in mission Viejo. I've already recommended a family memeber to UCI.

Dr. Kuan is very helpful, courteous, and friendly. He explains my situation in details and makes me understand easily. All the communication between UCI Health people are clear and quick.

Dr Kuan and his staff were considerate and helpful in working me into his busy schedule. He took time to completely explain what was causing my issue and options in treatment. I have great respect for him and his entire staff. The reception staff was so pleasant and helpful

Dr. Kuan was attentive and acknowledge my issue. Rather than dismissing or choosing to "wait and see," he could see that there was a problem and said that we would work together to address it. It was a relief to know that he understood and would work to resolve the issue. He used the camera to look at my sinuses. There was virtually no discomfort and I felt that he did a thorough job exploring the sinuses. My only issue was having to wait 7 weeks for an appointment. (In that time I'd been to urgent care, my primary care doc, a dentist and another ENT that I would not return to see. Had I known how good Dr. Kuan was, I would have just waited the 7 weeks to see him and skipped at least 2 of the other visits.

I am very pleased with Dr. Kuan's treatment! I believe it has been about a year, but what he prescribed was very effective with the 1st use. Happy to say I don't believe I will need that prescription again (hopefully)! Thank you Dr. Kuan for your excellent treatment during the past year!!!
