I went to Dr.Ray to fix an issue with my toenails The day I went he took a biopsy of the nail and requested blood work to check my liver. I was told they would be in touch with me after the biopsy & labs came back and would start me on an anti fungal medication. Literally a month went by with no call. I called in and they had no idea what happened with my labs. I’m pretty sure they would have never called me back if I didn’t call in. When I came back in, Dr. Ray apologized and said there was a problem with the lab, but they sent it. Why wouldn’t they have caught that sooner and called me? The next time I went in, He started me on the meds in November and said he was going to send Refills for December & January. I packed up my newborn 3 times on the word of Riley and each time the refills were not there. I live outside of town and drove 30 minutes each way. Riley was aware of this & was more concerned to prove she sent it rather than just re sending it. No call ever from Dr Ray

I went to Doctor Ray in November of 2019 to try and cure my toenail fungus. He did a biopsy and explained everything really well as far as the treatment he recommended. I really liked his demeanor. I was told that I would be called in a week or so when the biopsy of the nail and bloodwork checking my liver came back. After nearly a month, I still hadn’t received a call back, so I called in. The woman stated they didn’t show any record of them. I was asked to come back in the office because they were not sure what happened. When I came back in, Dr. Ray was nice and apologized explaining that they did send them, but there was a problem with the lab. It never feels good to be completely forgotten about after paying for services. I chalked that up to mistakes happen. The next visit my script was not received by windixie for Dec & Jan. I drove an hour into town with a newborn twice. RILEY was the rudest person ever. Said she would handle it and again never resent it. Im reporting them

I found Dr. Ray to be unskilled, rude and unprofessional. I have a very painful hammer toe that is a genetic condition inherited from my mother and confirmed by 3 different doctors. He told me it was merely an ingrown toenail. He then painfully cut that toenail down to the quick. It has been throbbing painfully for the 48 hours since my visit. When I told him he was hurting me while cutting my nails he said "If you don't like it, don't come back." I was shocked at this treatment.

Dr. Ray is an excellent doctor. Had an uncommon issue with my foot. They took an X-ray right in their office. Dr. Ray accurately diagnosed and began treatment in the same visit. After my follow-up my foot is 100% better! Also, very personable and explains everything about the condition and treatment. Very knowledgable. I highly recommend him.
