Great listener, he knew what the problem was immediately.. amazing. I suffer with foot pain and then swelling that gradually got worse. I finally did what my primary doctor said to do and visited Dr. Cesar. I am so glad I did.

Dr. Cesar is amazing. He has helped me recover and has given me everything I need to help me function at work. I don't know if I would have been able to continue to work. So I am so thankful for his help. He is very knowledgeable. I am grateful my primary care Doctor referred him.

He's also an outstanding professional who is a keen listener, an astute observer, very articulate, easily understood, provides sound and knowledgeable diagnoses. The staff (Rue) was outstanding. I was impressed with the good Doctor and considered my first visit a success. Thank you!

The services that I receive from Dr, Harold Cesar is excellent. Dr. Cesar did an exceptional job. Great medical office. Everyone was very nice, compassionate, and caring. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish.

I had accidental injury to foot. Kayla offered me same day appointment. Office very clean and organized. Staff friendly, professional. Dr. Cesar was great. He took all the time necessary to evaluate my problem, advise. I appreciate the quality of care from both the physician and staff. I have found my Podiatrist.

II checked with both my insurances before going that he was P.P.O. Not only did he bill close to 500 to remove a piece of glass in my heel but he is also asking me more money than what my second insurance states on my EOB that I should pay. Last but not least, after the procedure which took minutes he never gave me a paper on how to take care of it. I had an EMT friend show me(I was putting the bandage too tight which was cutting circulation). That friend also had to tell me what to do to clean, to disinfect ect... After getting shots to put my foot asleep I was in no condition to remember the doctor's words. As the caregiver of my disabled veteran, I have a major issue with people trying to rip us off. It is a matter of principle. I would have kept my mouth shut if I was not asked for an extra 11.15 which my insurance assures I do not owe. I paid the part of deductible no problem as it was legit. However, I refuse the 11.15! I do not recommend this practice. Shame on them.

Dr. Cesar was very thorough, kind and patient. I felt very comfortable with him from the start. The office staff was equally kind and professional, with one exception: no one introduced him or herself to me. I had to ask who was in the room with me each time. In addition, I was very surprised that no one checked my temperature, wore a mask (except me) or gloves. It would make me more comfortable next time if wearing protective gear and screening patients were the office policy.

And also answer all questions you may have fore hem about treatment , and recovery process . I heard nothing but great reviews about Dr. Cesar; unfortunately his office staff are rude and not helpful. Made an appointment with someone else.

Dr Cesar was great, knowledgeable and explained everything from A to Z. My complaint is with the staff, they need to know how the explain terms to patience. I was awaiting on quote for a procedure instead my insurance company got billed. I receive a message at my voice mail saying everything is paid for, which I am thinking I can proceed with what I was waiting for, thought did not have to pay anything. Well for my surprise I was told I have a balance of $500.00 and no one took the time and expnained me I am responsible for this amount and tge message I got saying it was paid fir was referring to the health insurance portion. This is very serious misleading information.

After spending 1000+ dollars on two pairs of orthotics and a pair of shoes to support my fallen arch, my foot still hurts like before. When I called his office and left a message, I did not receive a call back. I have gone to a local shoe store and spent more money in the hopes that my foot will be pain-free. Therefore I cannot leave a positive review.

I had a bunionectomy on my right foot the very end of September let me start with how personable he is I absolutely love him he’s kind gentle and very communicative. His staff is also Awesome I had the pleasure of working with Katie & Kayla. Kayla definitely went to bat for me going back & fourth with MetLife regarding my short term disability I would recommend Dr. Cesar over and over he is amazing once again

I don't write reviews but in this case I will. I am a retired Army paratrooper with 86 jumps with feet to match. Surgery on both big toes with very little discomfort and minimal recovery. Dr Cesar is the man in my opinion. I highly recommend this physician. GSE Lt. Col USA (Retired)

Dr Cesar was just okay in my opinion. He really did not have a lot to say. I went to him with bone spur and plantar fasciitis. The only thing he recommended was exercise which I did with no improvement. I went back and the only thing he said he could do was steroid shots, most likely 3. I do not do well with steroids but I agreed to try it. My foot was even more painful for at least 2 weeks so I discontiinued treatment. I am now 2 months out and my foot is no better.

Dr. Cesar was highly recommended by my husband's Rheumatoid Dr. It was recommended he had foot surgery to correct his hammer toes so that he would be pain free when walking. He did had have the Major foot surgery on one foot done 2 months ago and the x-rays show a perfect foot and he can now walk! We would definitely recommend Dr. Cesar, a very gifted and caring Dr. as is his staff!

Dr. Cesar is the most caring, competent, humble Doctor that I have seen in a long time. He explained every procedure step by step to ensure that I understood. He personally called me the day after surgery to check on me. That was a first time that a Doctor has called, usually a nurse calls in my experience.
