Dr. Reddy and Staff is a very professional, extremely well trained team. This is a "Five Star Team" ...an absolute God-send to patients.

Dr. Reddy is personal and caring. He is comprehensive and has an awesome staff surrounding him.

I have been suffering with chronic pain in my left foot. It was becoming excruciatingly difficult to walk. Dr Reddy and his office were able to take X-rays and analyze the problem. Apparently, I had inflammation around these tiny bones called sesamoids. I was given a shot and fitted for shoe inserts. I can already tell the pain is decreasing. Due to Dr Reddy and his staff I believe I will be walking pain free in no time. My only regret is taking so long to schedule the appointment. I highly recommend this doctor, and office.

I visited Dr Reddy in August 2019 and sad to see that he and his practice have resorted to shoddy customer service and will charge you about 25% of the visit even if the insurance company they accept shows co-pay of $25. Then they expect YOU to keep track of the charges as they will not reimburse you until you call them, and are still given a run around. When you call hey give you the standard speech that it takes 45 Business days for insurance reimbursement, which is not true and absolute nonsense. I called my carrier and they process all claims within 10-15 days of receipt of claim. To top it off Dr Reddy nor their staff tell you that the lab company they use does not accept any insurance, until you receive the bill from the lab company. You now have to go thru the process of submitting the claim yourself. I definitely will not recommend or be going back!

If I could give this office 0 stars, I would. Most dishonest and overpriced doctor I have ever dealt with. I have dealt with lawyers that are more ethical. The sell a boot in there that you can get off of Amazon for 35.00 - only they charge over 150.00. They will keep you keep you coming in for visit after visit without doing anything that will actually bring you relief. His office manager is rude. If you end up a victim of 450.00 orthotics in your search for relief- they will bill you 180.00 when you pick them up. That means you will be paying over 630.00 for a piece of plastic. That does not even include the first 10 office visits they milk you for. I specifically asked about the cost of orthotics when I decided to try them for relief and they said nothing about charging you an additional 180 when you pick them up.

First visit to Dr. Reddy. Referred by my primary care doctor to address bunion/hammer toe. Dr. Reddy was professional, efficient while at the same time taking time to address any questions or concerns.

He listens well and gives time to answer questions. Thank you Dr. Reddy!
