Awesome PCP
I reached out to the doctor about my shoulder and his office set up a video appointment right away. He's been my doctor for eight years and I find him to be highly intelligent, logical and thorough. He is very sincere and helpful. He gives me the pros and cons whether I like to hear it or not. I appreciate his honesty and sincerity the most.

Very good and knowledgeable doctor
I don't really understand why Dr.. Caradonna has negative reviews online. I switched my primary care doctor to Dr. Caradonna and every time I visit him it's a good experience. He is caring, soft spoken, and just a very smart doctor. For example, I was recently diagnosed with gastroenteritis and Dr. Caradonna spend a good amount of time explaining how the illness occurs and the explained my symptoms thoroughly. He gave me helpful advice on how to treat my illness and always seems to prescribe me am effective medication every time I have something going on. I highly recommend this doctor.

Rude
One of the worst doctors I ever had at Kaiser. He comes out to be rude and impatient and doesn’t care about your medical condition. He doesn’t care to reply to your message or even pays attention to it. Changed him just after 2 interactions

Great young doctor..trust him 100 per cent
I have never had a bad expierience with Dr. CARADONNA. Always listens and come up with a solution. Like the other person said, because your from another country , here in the U.S. if you dont like what the other person says doesnt make him the enemy. Grow up, quit hanging on to your old beliefs, your in a new better country then the one you ran away from.Learn to trust your doctors opinion and treatment.

Utterly dismissive/Curt/Rude/Unhelpful
If it wasn't so sad, it'd be an utter relief to see that others have had such a negative experience with Dr. Caradonna. I met with him last month and the interaction was so plainly negative that I'm still thinking about it. He was curt in assistance, verbose in his chastisement--mostly about my inability to properly navigate Kaiser bureaucracy, and utterly unimaginative in his ability to work through my diagnosis. The fact that he is still gainfully employed is a testimony to Kaiser's desperation to hold onto its staff, simply a failure of accountability, or both. Run, do not walk, away from this one.

Impatient, dismissive, rude
Not surprised to find other people have found Dr Caradonna dismissive and rude. I also found him very dismissive and rude, and really believe he reflects poorly on Kaiser as an organization. I'm disappointed but not surprised that this is a common experience with him.

Today I had a phone visit with my primary physician, dr Thomas Mario Caradonna. It was the first time I've talked with that doctor. He turned out to be very rude, impolite, and neglected my symptoms. He called 40 minutes before the scheduled time and explained it by saying that "he had a meeting". Next, he didn't let me tell the whole story about my disease, he just said "I have only 10 minutes". Then he laughed when I told him that I had fever that was 37*C (98.6*F; armpit) and in my culture and the country I am from this is considered to be non-healthy. The doctor also neglected the symptoms I've described I had the day before and he focused on the fact that I allegedly sounded healthy to him. Overall I felt like I was an enemy to him and not a patient.
