Ignored questionable pathology
This man performed my colonoscopy. Removed a large polyp and took biopsies. He ignored questionable pathology that my doctor said wasn’t good. He ignored the size of the polyp and said “see you three years”. My doctor said this isn’t right. I need to have another scope in a year. Wells’ documentation was so poor my doctor isn’t sure what to make of it and to be safe I need to scoped again. It was an absolute waste to allow Dr. Wells to perform my colonoscopy.

Dr. Wells has 25+ years of experience with GI issues from A to Z. That’s why he’s trusted . He provides and informative and caring office and endoscopic setting. He takes the necessary time needed with patients.. like he does with me and I am pleased when I see him. At most Drs offices , NPs and PAs see the bulk of the patients. Dr. Wells sees all of his patients personally. I am grateful for the care that he provides.

Frustrated Patient
I've been a patient for about five years, and this office now requires a payment of $150 at the time of appointment with an assurance that they'll refund the balance that you're owed after it's processed by insurance. I've been waiting for a refund of over $100 for five months now. This is no way to treat your patients. If you can't provide refunds in a reasonable amount of time, don't ask us to front the bill.

Dr. Wells did my colonoscopy in 2012 and removed my rectal polps. He was direct and spoke in laymen's terms so I could understand. When I awoke from my procedure he asked how I was feeling and told me what to expect. Dr. Wells treated me with respect and I respect him.

My husband needed a colonoscopy ASAp due to urgent surgery that was delayed by his incompetent PCP. His surgeon made a call to Dr. Wells personally and he say us within 2 days; the time needed to perform a colon prep. He was patient and thorough. I would recommend this very patient, straight to business MD to anyone.

I was recommended to see Dr. Wells by my fellow co-workers which include physicians and nurses. Not only did Dr. Wells take the time to discuss my illness but he also put together a comprehensive plan to manage it. I would recommend that any person with GI concerns be seen by Dr.Wells.

I have never had a problem in the past with other doctors. Dr wells acted as if me having Barretts Esophagus was no big deal. Even my primary Dr made a huge deal of it stressing that it can lead to cancer. Unless you want to wait hours for appointments or procedures (all for a dr who does not take you serious) go elsewhere.

If I can choose NO stars I am. He is the most incompetent doctor I have ever had and am angry that I went to see this doctor in hopes of helping me . He and his office staff are rude and probably the worst when it comes to communicating with their patients. Apparently past testing used for diagnosing diseases are no good to him. currently. I am beyond dissatisfied and would highly suggest NOT wasting your time.
