I was impressed that I was taking care of so quickly and with concern having had a bit of an emergency. My stitches popped open and they scheduled me to get in there as soon as possible to get it repaired although my regular doctor was not there that day an excellent doctor, who was very sympathetic and apologetic Took care of me quickly and professionally. I'm very thankful with gratitude.

I have been through a lot with my health and always got the run around but after being send to UCI It has been such a great experience. The entire staff are nice and knowledgeable. They listen to your needs. I had two surgeries back to back with UCI in January and had the best care all the way around.

You did fabulous. The problem was all the patients in the waiting room, there were quite a few that were sick and coughing. I think something needs to be done to weed that out. Thank you.

The provider I saw on the visit before this one seemed to have more, was more in tune with the situation to an injury and this provider acted like everything was normal and natural. And I don't necessarily agree with it and I didn't necessarily feel completely satisfied nor safe with her recommendations. I am a, have a post injury, a fracture in my head that causes symptoms that she blew off to be like normal age and it's not. So no, I don't feel like my address, my concerns were addressed and you know everything she told me to do I was already well aware, well to do for home care already but I didn't argue. I just wanted to get out of there because she wasn't the same provider. The last time I was there she was like the assistant provider.

Taken care of very well

Dr. Chen was very nice and efficient. I really liked her. I would recommend her to anybody who needed to see that type of ophthalmologist.

It was a holiday weekend, and that doctor was not my regular doctor. And she did well, but she did not know me and I think everything was in a hurry because there was a lot of people. And so, I really wasn't sure about a lot of things, but didn't want to bother anybody so I left.

I really I really liked Dr. Chen. I've seen a couple of the other doctors in Fellowship there before and she's awesome. I'm looking forward to seeing her again and the staff was incredible, every single one of them.

The only way the experience would have been better would be to serve free drink and charcuterie ?

Dr. Teresa Chen was not a very compassionate doctor or emotionally caring. I think she's mostly into the field for her own gain than her own benefit rather than caring for the patient, I felt very bad. The prior providers Dr. Silfen, Dr. Tamurian, and Dr. Powell they're all wonderful people who seem to genuinely care for there patient. Dr. Chen had no mortality whatsoever. She did not care. Very, very rude. I wasn't happy with it, but that's maybe just that particular day. I've only seen her once, but that one time experience has just been horrific experience for me, it has really hurt me deeply now giving me no hope at all.

The only thing that I didn't like this visit was that I had to wait a longer time than usual my appointment was at 3pm and I was seen an hour later. Besides that nice service
