Dr. Jeremiah Tao, MD

Dr. T is condescending and dismissive. He often brushes off questions and concerns, responding with insults. A family member of mine underwent surgery and experienced pain during the procedure. However, their complaints were ignored while the doctor and his staff casually discussed their dinner and drinks plans. During a follow-up visit, the doctor suggested that my family member might be on opioids due to their low pain tolerance. This raises another issue: the doctor does not seem to review patient charts before visits, as the staff ask about medications at the start of every appointment. Instead of taking my family member's concerns seriously, he dismisses them and implies drug addiction, failing to consider that some patients may simply have a lower pain tolerance. This behavior is unprofessional and insulting.

Make my eyelids completely asymmetrical. I'm still struggling to find a doctor to fix the mess he created. During the consultation, he did not explain the procedure in detail and the risks, just focused on typing on the computer. Avoid this doctor.

Easy check in & prompt entry to exam room. Good experience with doctor. My only concern is the parking structure.

This is a great facility. Everyone was super nice and helpful and Dr Tao was extremely competent and thorough. A great experience overall. I never did figure out where to park in a numbered spot in the new parking garage but i will try to figure it out the next time.
