HORRIBLE
I would give zero stars if I could. She injected into ino my jawline and ruined my smile. Then to make matters worse, she gaslighted me and was rude. She said not to worry, it will go back to normal in 3-4 months. I had a normal smile that she ruined. This is me just trying to smile now. DO NOT use her for anything cosmetic! BEWARE.

Poor experience
My initial and only encounter with Dr. Friedler was when I took my one and a half-year-old toddler to see her for a known diagnosis of molluscum. We sat in the waiting room for over two hours past our appointment waiting to be seen. When we finally got into the exam room, it was obvious that Dr. Friedler was in a rush. Given the long wait time, my toddler was already irritated and hungry. We were rushed along to get my toddlers clothes off. In the meantime, Dr. Friedler began to berate her assistant right in front of us, as to why the supplies for the procedure were not prepared ahead of time. She also made comments as to how was forced to stay late, that her kids were waiting on her and that she should have been home already , as if it was our problem. We felt as if we were in her way of going home. This was a very uncomfortable situation for everybody in the room. Without much explanation, Dr. Friedler proceeded to do the procedure, which required her to place a subs

'Advanced' vs traditional dermalogy
I saw Dr. Friedler for the 2nd time on Oct 2, 2023, after seeing her initially in March. I didn't like her even for the 1st time, since I thought her diagnosis about them being acne was not correct. She prescribed me Clindomycin for 2 weeks, which didn't work, and she admitted it herself on the 2nd visit. On the 1st time she said that she can remove those pimps by burning with laser, which costs $200, 'since is is called cosmetics'. In the 2nd visit she left me wait for 45 min in a refrigerator(!) room and didn't apologize to me even formally for the huge delay. I came to see her for the 2nd time mostly, b/c I had noticed a big mole in the back part of the right knee, and I wanted to remove it and examine further with a biopsy. Thankfully, Dr. How, her assistant removed it, after she didn't regard to see it herself. Dr. Friedler came after that mini-surgery to repeat her 'advice' about burning my pimps on the forehead.

Dr. Suzanne Friedler is my dermatologist of choice
Dr. Friedler is expert, thorough and compassionate. I have been her patient for over 10 years because she treats me with respect and I trust her constant learning about the advancement of all medical treatments in her field. Under her care my chronic skin condition has improved and continues to abate. I owe her many thanks for her care and empathy. I highly recommend her services.

Crowded waiting room and long waits
I showed up as asked 10 minutes before to hear about an electronic system of keeping records but was then handed multiple pages of paper to complete, plus payment of $50 co-pay. Eager new patient I was that was made to wait 75 minutes in a crowded waiting room with no air conditioning. I left after the 75 min wait and asked for a refund. Was told an office manager would arrange for that. Will find a dermatologist who does not overbook. The outside 90 degree air felt fresh on leaving that awful waiting room.

Dr.Friedler was very good. Only issue was I expressed an issue. She said something else concerned her more. I said but my issue is what brought me in. Afterwards it was revealed that my issue did need attention because it was a potential problem. Overall it was a very complete and positive experience.

Dr. Friedler is our new diagnostician and she carefully examined my and my wife's dermatological concerns. She performed this while being assisted by two others, one a medical student in a teaching capacity. My wife in particular is very comfortable with Dr. Friedler being our attending physician.
