Second opinion, Sunny Cheung MD, Newport Care, Riv
Went to Dr Cheung for a second opinion after a recommended total knee replacement by my primary assigned orthopedist. Dr Cheung took his own x-rays, did a thorough exam, went thoroughly over the x-ray with me. His diagnosis was the same but he did not believe a total replacement was necessary right now since a cortisone injection worked so well (so far). Then, he recommended to try a second application of cortisone when it wears off and evaluate then for TNR . Primary suggested I get on the surgery list immediately.

Excellent doctor. I visited from out of town for pain in my wrist. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to carefully examine me and listen to my history and concerns. Highly recommend.
