No - because of the non-medical staff
My experience with Dr. Jacobson was great but you can never get in to see him so I went to his associate Dr. Leubetkin who is fine but the office at 915 Gessner is awful - no one is ever there - no one with answer the phone - and phone calls are not timely returned - even though I like the location of this office and the Doctors and nurses - am not going back to that office - sorry Drs. - but you have lousy staff- and I am not the only patient who is leaving or has left your practice because of your staff.

I work in healthcare and am very weary of doctors. He had an excellent personality, was very clinically skilled, practical, an active listener, explained and communicated with me well, and I felt as if there were many people waiting on him in the waiting room. He took all the time I wanted to ask questions, make sure recommendations, and help me chose the next specialist I could see. I never want to go to another cardiologist. My experience with him exceeded expectations.

I really liked Dr. Jacobson, but he switched me to another Doctor in his office. That would be ok, except his office staff are rude & NEVER answer the phone. I have left messages that were never returned. Trying to make an appointment is impossible, unless you are in the office. I will be looking for a new Doctor, with a better office staff!

Dr. Jacobson is a very good cardiologist. The problem is that his staff doesn't support him at all, they never answer the phone, they never listen to the messages, they never call you back, they don't care about the patients at all and if we wait long hours for the Doctor can assist us, they are people who are looking for work for customer service and do not have the necessary professional or compassionate ethics that they should give to patients, and due to these failures unfortunately Dr. Jacobson is going to gradually lose his patients, I so I will soon look for another medical office where they treat me carefully.

This doctor is one of the best cardiologist in Houston. He has saved my fathers life and my mothers life. He is an excellent communicator. He is thorough in his exams and listens to the patient intently. You just can not ask for a better doctor.

Good reputation as a Cardiologist. However, we've experienced excessive waiting times, followed by rushed visits with little explanation of issues. In addition, follow-up communications have been poor at best.

Dr. Jacobson has been my cardiologist since 1998. Among the many procedures I've needed during that time were angioplasty, stents, cardioversions, two pacemakers, monitoring of pacemaker and prescriptions, and regular office checkups. I credit him with my good health at the age of 77, and I highly recommended him.

I have seen Dr. Jacobson for more than 7 years and very happy with his care. He is no nonsense and a bit of a perfectionist, but also has a sense of humor. I have every confidence in his knowledge and medical ability.

Dr. Jacobson was extremely informative about testing and Procedures needed and he explained everything clearly And succinctly so that I understood. He came to see me Before I left the hospital when other doctors have often not TAken the time to do so. His kind manner made everything So much less stressful. I would highly recommend Dr. Jacobson.
