Blessed to be Dr. Frank's Patient
I was rushed to the hospital where I had a Widowmaker heart attack with 100% blockage. Dr. Frank saved my life. He explained everything to my family and me in simple terms, he was kind and kept me calm during a very stressful time. His follow-up care is exceptional. He remembered everything about my situation and immediately scheduled a few procedures to address some of my concerns.

Dr Frank is very sensitive to the concerns of his patients. I have seen other cardiologists and he was by far at the top of the list. His exams are thorough and he ensures you understand your condition and what's causing your problem and provides a specific follow-up plan for my situation. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a Dr. who actually listens to the patient without judgement. I would recommend him to anyone in my family that would require his services. His skills are extraordinary Unfortunately I cannot say the same for his PA Bryan. If I could rank separately one star would be overrating him. I left a message in their portal that my BP was considerably lower than normal and lower than Dr Frank would consider safe. After my stent surgery my blood pressure dropped to 103/56 which is not normal for me and was a concern for Dr Frank Dr. Frank who was in my hospital room after a stent procedure that usually took an hour, but in my case it was 3. Upon witnessing the BP drop and the accompanying symptoms to include loss of balance, headaches, and severe dizziness he prescribed a medication to increase my BP and relieve my symptoms. It had worked. Months later I notified the office through their portal that my BP dropped to 105/58. Unfortunately Dr Frank was out of the country and I had to deal with his PA. I was not able to get out of bed for fear of falling and pain was substantial. I informed him of my concerns and his response was that it did not "appear" to be concerning. If he had taken the time to look at my medical records he would have seen that Dr. Frank prescribed meds specifically to prevent this from happening because of his concerns over my BP dropping so low for what was normal me. For two days I could not get out of bed and was in extreme pain. What made it worse was that I had taken meds and symptoms still occurred which was of no concern to Bryan. I would strongly recommend that Bryan gets out of the medical profession and transitions to one that doesn't involve decisions that impact the well being of a patient. It "appears" that's not a quality he processes. Yes he did finally call, but why would i speak to someone who sees elderly patients as whiney hypochondriacs not worthy of his attention and paid no attention to my first contact
