Frustrated about poor service, difficulties in talking to a live person, lack of follow through when you do talk to a live person and they promise you taking care of things and still dropping the ball. I don't necessarily have any issues with the doctor himself, but I do not recommend this practice to anyone. they are the most impersonal bunch.

Its not a visit but more of a response back from a call. They never answer the phone and when you leave a voicemail they don't call back.

A physician friend of mine referred me to Dr. Lieman over ten years ago, after I had been seeing another urologist. My friend was concerned how long I had been going to the first urologist without relief and he thought I needed a second opinion. Dr. Lieman and his staff were extraordinary. First he took me off meds I had been on for over 6 months, then he administered several tests to determine what the problem truly was. He recommended out patient surgery to correct the condition with some follow up, and except for regularly scheduled visits the first six months or so after the surgery, I haven't been to his office. The plumbing continues to work properly. And I have been extremely grateful. We sometimes take our physicians and other people in our lives for granted. I will be forever grateful for Dr. Lieman and his staff, their professionalism, their diagnosis and their support. Thank you.

Complete lack of concern and communication. Over one week has passed since urgent CT scan and still no call back from Dr. Lieman, in spite of repeated voicemail messages .

I'd love to give Dr. Lieman a 5 star review , however, the front office staff is beyond incompetent and rude. I have worked in customer service roles for many years and I can tell you first hand that this staff that's been hired to welcome and greet customers and answer the phones has zero clue as to what CUSTOMER SERVICE is. My heart goes out to the patients of this office if they feel an inkling of what I have felt especially considering all of us are dealing with health issues of some sort.

While Dr. Lieman is good, his staff and overall practice leave you frustrated and disappointed. It is nearly impossible to get through to anyone. EVERYONE lets calls go to voicemail and then do NOT return calls. It took 6 calls and finally stopping in just to get a prescription refilled. Clearly the staff considers patients to be a nuisance. Run to any other urologist.

They don't return calls, have no bedside manner. The assistant is rude and has no social skills. Missed diagnosing something that the second doctor caught. Left my mom in pain when she didn't need to be.

He has performed two successful prostate surgeries for me, over a 7 year period. He is very competent and experienced. I have never had any trouble with his office staff or his assistants. He came highly recommended to me by a Plano hospital surgical nurse, and he has lived up to that recommendation.

Dr. Lieman is without a doubt among the top Doctors in the Country. To the point and very successful with his diagnosis and treatment of my Cancer. At this time his front desk help is very rude and apathetic to patient needs. Need to be replaced.

Staff is the worst, making a surgery appointment is near impossible calls are not returned if you leave a message. Have left 8 voicemails for surgery and 3 voicemails to pay a bill. Received one return call about surgery and it was if they had no idea who I was or what surgery was needed. Stated they would call me back the next day. It has now been two weeks and just tried to call again and had the pleasure of leaving another voicemail.

While Lieman is quality doctor I would not recommend him due to several factors. His staff and specifically his assistant is pathetic. How she has job is mind boggling. She doesn't return phone calls, is very curt, and personally can't stand her. While I credit Lieman's skills he needs to buy a personality as he doesn't have one. Since he diagnosed me with prostate cancer I have seen 5 other doctors. All of them cordial and professional. In essence there are better options than Lieman.

Dr. Lieman and staff were very courteous and friendly and promptly saw me at my scheduled appointment time. Diagnosis (kidney stone) was thorough and treatment options were explained without me feeling pressured into one right away. The procedure was performed by Dr. Lieman and all went well.

I had gone to Dr Lieman previously for a routine exam, and I'm so glad I went back to him for my vasectomy. After speaking with a friend I was completely terrified about having it done. But Dr Lieman was outstanding. I got the no scalpel procedure. I felt ZERO pain, and only mild tenderness in the days after the procedure. The staff was friendly and helpful too.

Dr. Lieman himself was great. The problem lies in his staff. They are great while you are in the building. If you call in from outside you ALWAYS get an answering machine and no matter how urgent you make the message, they always call you back at their convenience, not yours.
