Dr. Hardenbrook is a great family practice doc who is up to date on recent medical research which our family finds very refreshing. He is courteous and never condescending. He listens well and doesn't rush us.

Insurance changed, so I was looking for a new doctor for my yearly health exam for preventative care. Staff were distant with patients but I could hear them being chummy amongst themselves talking outside about their boating adventures while I waited 15 min in the patient room to be examined. They inaccurately coded my exam and blood work even after checking with them (another 20 min after the appointment). I either have tonsil or allergy issues - but had no help from doctor to identify.

Dr Hardenbrook has been my physician since I moved to the area around a year ago. As someone in the healthcare industry, I notice how people, specifically providers, treat the people who work for them. Dr Hardenbrook has been noticeably polite to his staff. My experiences confirm to me he cares about individuals and then their diagnosis. He has also been equally San clinically knowledgeable as he is personable. I know patients who travel from Park City to have Dr H be their Physician. I agree

Been seeing this Doc because he took over for our old family doctor, Joseph Kasper. He's nice, but I don't feel like a lot of attention is given when we come in with issues. His Medical assistant, Jasmine, is kinda slow at getting back to her messages.

Our family started seeing Dr. Hardenbrook a few years ago. We were frustrated by the lack of availability with our previous physician. So glad we found Dr. Hardenbrook!! My wife was seen by Dr. Hardenbrook while he was practicing at a clinic in South Salt Lake. When it came time to find a family Doctor she found that Dr. Hardenbrook had opened his own practice in Draper. Even though that is not close at all to our home in South Salt Lake we have all found that his expertise, patient care, humor, honesty, straight-forward care is TOTALLY WORTH IT!! We love going to see Dr. Hardenbrook for our varied medical needs. Highly recommend him.

This is the WORST experience I have ever have. First of all, when I arrived to my appointment on time, they labeled they were taking a lunch break. I had to wait over an hour for them to come back. No apology for giving my the wrong appointment time. Then I had labs done.They sent my labs to an OUT OF NETWORK provider without informing me and after recieving a $3000 bill, I called them and they didn't care and started blocking my phone calls. They said, Insurances make lots of $.
