Bare minimum doctor & team
Dr Roberts and his team were polite until I asked questions about my blood work. I was rushed off the phone, they were uninterested in actually trying to understand my situation or help me. Impersonal experience, they make high promises, but perform the bare minimum with an attitude. If you are truly looking a caring provider that goes beyond the minimum, is easy to communicate with, this doctor is not it.

Very happy with Dr Roberts
I've been seeing Dr Roberts for a few years now, and I haven't ever had a physician who was as invested in my health as he is. He never rushes me, he explains my options, and he allows me to make my own decisions. I am so grateful that I found him.

Appeared great, turned condescending and punitive
I felt very cared for and supported by Dr. Robert for the first few years he was my primary care doctor. I went through a traumatic event in the past few months that impacted my health and Dr. Roberts has shown that he lacks understanding and compassion of mental health, the impact of mental health on underlying health issues, and trauma informed care. I felt that Dr. Roberts began to treat me in a condescending and punitive manner. I would not recommend this doctor.

I was recently seen by Dr. Roberts. I was very impressed with his bedside manner and the ease of conversation. He is very up to date with current recommendations and utilized the USPTFS guidelines based upon my age and gender. I am a health care professional and thought he was great. I will be getting appointments for my young teenagers to see him this spring and to establish care (their pediatrician has moved).

Doctor Roberts has been my physician for myself and my brother. We have both never experienced the level of information and general care that we have received for him and his office. Felt like we were more then just a patient, he took the time to explain everything. We never felt rushed, or unheard with our concerns. By far, the best physician we have ever had.
