Erin Kimball, PA-C

I recently called to schedule a first appointment and spoke with Amy, her tone came across as unfriendly, uninterested, impatient and cold, which made me feel uncomfortable and mostly unwelcome. I am surprised that someone with her style would be responsible for answering calls.

I’m sure this doctor can give a fantastic patient experience if your main concerns align with hers. She will brush off any concerns that you have if she has already decided what is wrong with you. The only good thing about my experience with her was that she was willing to humor me by ordering an ultrasound, but she made it clear that she didn’t think it would help and was just placating me. She puts on a saccharine sweet voice and talks down to you like a child if she decides your concerns are silly. All she seems to care about is pushing weight loss medication. She didn’t even examine my body for the main concern I came to her with and she made me feel ridiculous for coming to the doctor with any concerns other than my weight. I do think my weight is a serious concern and I would have appreciated her guidance about weight loss if she hadn’t disrespected my intelligence by speaking to me like I was someone who woke up obese yesterday. I know my body.

I really like Erin. She is very good at checking everything and asking questions to make sure everything is covered! I would recommend her 100%. Thank you Erin!

Erin has always been a help and explains everything so that you can understand . She listens to you and I have learned to trust her opinion.

I have been part of the Lone Peak Primary group since it's opening days in South Jordan and my family and I have been lucky to have Dr. Kimball and the group take care of myself and my family. Erin is professional, warm, kind and empathetic to our concerns and medical needs. Her bedside manners for patient care is SUPERB and she will make you feel at ease and positive for visiting a medical office. My experience was exceptional and the time she took to explain her findings was one of care, concern, and informative. Based on the need for further testing, she was quick to explain the results and discussed options which allowed me to determine what was in my best interest.
