I was terrified about the visit, but Dr. Verma was very calming and his advice about what to eat and not eat helped. I felt less stressed after leaving his office - even though he had me schedule a colonoscopy. I knew I was in good hands.

Dr. Verma and staff were excellent! My colonoscopy was a breeze. From the nurse who gave me an IV, the anesthesiologist, Dr Verma, and recovery nurses all were kind and caring. The procedure was over before I knew it and didn't remember anything. Thank you Doc and all your staff!

When I visit I talk about all things affecting my health he listens and gives care and advice.

Went to see Dr. Verma a few years ago due to stomach issues and constantly throwing-up. He preformed an upper endoscopy. Before and after the procedure the staff said he would be talking to me. Well that never happen after the procedure he raced out the building. I ended up calling the office to see what was going on with me...the nurse advise me that he noted I was very red on my inside but didn't see anything else and we made an appointment. When my next appointment came up I drive 40 minutes to his office and when I walked in they said Dr. Verma decided not to practice out of this office anymore. I asked why no one called to advise me and she just shrugged her shoulder. My health just worsen..the pain was severe and I was almost throwing up everyday. I couldn't see another doctor due to insurance restriction. After over a year of pain and throwing-up I was given the green light to have another upper endoscopy with another doctor. I went to Dr Verma in Nov2016 after I started experiencing sever pains in my abdomen. Verma ordered and preformed an upper endoscopy showing no other issues. He referred me to a surgeon to remove my gallbladder. The surgeon questioned the procedure since the stones were already diagnosed. One month later I returned with the same pain and he danced around understating my pain the whole time. I ended up in the ER and a 3 day hospital stay; he and her on call docs refused to come to see me there.

Dr from the get go did not take me serious. First office visit was like 5 mins long. Brushed off my pain as being depressed or another mental illness. I left the office feeling like I wasted his time. Yes, I have depression but does that mean my pain is fake. Because even when my mental health is great I still have chronic pain.

I've been suffering from a throat condition for year and Dr. Verma told me it was in my head, based on the fact that the other Gastroenterologist didn't find anything. It thought he was very insulting and incompetent.
