Terrible! Not upfront about how much they charge for services. No budging to help working families with genetic foot problems. Erroneous medical codes for simple foot procedures. Total was more than gallbladder surgery-before insurance!! Go to someone else, you won’t be disappointed avoiding this place!! Front desk is useless AND RUDE!

I saw Scott Robertson twice, and was diagnosed with plantar fascitis. He sold me cheap hard plastic orthotics and charged me $140. He said I would have to return several times to have them trimmed so they would fit. It would cost my $30 co-pay each time. His assistant told me later that if I didn't want damp feet, I would have to buy a cover at further cost. The cost kept going up and a still didn't have an orthotic that fit. I tried to have my money refunded twice. An assistant in his office told me she would talk to him and call me back. She never did. It seems this practitioner was primarily selling me his over-priced product.

Unfortunately I can't agree with the other reviews! He was informative, especially on how HIS orthotics are better than any others. He ordered a prescription (my current meds info was never requested or taken by him or staff). Pharmacist told me it must not be taken with my current meds (Thanks!). His assistant said she'd talk with the Dr and call me back, but never did. He ordered an MRI for my left foot and ankle, but it's my right foot with the problem! I will NOT be returning.

Very attentive! He asked a lot of questions to help evaluate my situation. He helped me by giving stretches and fitting orthotics that I was able to walk out of there with.. I definitely recommend him. He seemed very knowledgeable and willing to help in anyway he could to help my feet feel better??

I brought my son to Dr. R for an urgent repeat matricectomy on the worst ingrown toe you've ever seen. Our experience with Dr. R was a drastic improvement over the the previous doc (another facility). He was cheerful and informative, with a calm and disarming manner. He also handled my rambunctious boys with ease and grace. Best part: unlike the previous doc, the injections he gave were virtually painless! Our experience was so positive, we came back later to have his other foot done. A+++++!!!

My daughter was so terrified and he helped her so much. He did everything he could to soothe her fears and her pain. He explained everything clearly and it was over before we knew it. She will be able to wear normal shoes again... Play with her dog again... Thank you, Dr. Robertson. She is excited to come back for the next toe already!
