Dr Misra performed my rotator cuff surgery in 2005, I’m now seeing him for a knee replacement, he’s very through, friendly & compassionate. Only issue is the wait time however; he’s always busy.

The front office staff needs work. They’re not very approachable and professionalism is important when you are frontline for a doctors office. Be sure to schedule and do not let them tell you to “just come in”. Although our surgery took longer than it should have we appreciate Dr. Misra. His follow up after surgery was thoughtful and we were grateful for his services. He does genuinely care and is knowledgeable. Would recommend his services.

I had the best treatment with Dr. Misra and his staff. He took care of my shoulder as i was in so much pain. It took a while for me to recover, however, i am great now. The staff are so welcoming and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

Referred to him by my attorney arrived and after 30 minutes was taken to an exam room, sat in exam room for over an hour while he was paged repeatedly to my room as I could hear him walking back and forth between rooms and taking multiple calls, after an hour of sitting in an exam room completely forgotten about I walked out and the front desk informed that he should’ve already taken care of me.

Rating Dr Misra is a 5 star easy, he is very down to earth, he takes his time and he really talks and cares about your pain and problem and let you know how how and what he can do to make it better. His staff on the other hand gets no stars. Rude, incompetent, lazy, worthless just to name a few. I had to switch ortho surgeons, because they were incapable of getting me an MRI and I literally stood with him while he gave them the orders and told them he needed it immediately. Called for months trying to get the referral before my attorney said we would need to try another doctor (whom I do not like and would not recommend or give any stars to either, but his staff is amazing and I am getting the scans needed to move forward with treatment).

My first appointment with Dr. Misra was great! I like the doc and the staff were really nice! Anyone who complains about wait times has never dealt extensively with specialists. Specialists are BUSY! Especially if they are good. You’re especially lucky that you don’t have to wait a year or longer to see one here as you would with a socialized “health care” system (i.e. Europe). Imagine waiting a year for your torn rotator cuff or ACL...IF you are approved. I’m so sick of people complaining about the finest care in the world. People are so spoiled and ignorant!

Dr is not reachable due to his incompetent staff. Lori told me I should find another Dr and hung up on me. They don't answer questions, schedule surgery and don't tell you about it, cancel surgery and don't tell you, give you no information about the surgery. Like the Dr but his staff is the worst.

Pretty much agree with all the other reviews....Dr is nice enough...BUT his office STAFF is HORRIBLE!!!!! Rude!!!! And YES...THE WAIT!!!!! The wait is horrible! Patients actually fall asleep in the waiting room, because of the LONG wait...just to get in exam room...and wait some more!

While the doctor is very good and we like him a lot, the office staff is rude and there is always a several hour wait. Appt is at 9:30 office opens closer to 10 and don’t expect to leave until 12noon or later.

Both Dr. Misra and his staff are rude and waiting time could be anywhere between 1-2 hours for a 5 minute visit. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone, he over books and making it seem as if I am not getting the quality care I am hoping for.

Dr. Is great great however is staff is lazy low life and fail to give him my phone calls. Not to mention that they have yet to refund my money from an overpayment because they fail to do their job and see that I have met my maximum out of pocket benefits- they refused to let me see my doctor denying me medical care. So I had to pay for my visit. -- Now they refuse to reimburse my overpayment and my insurance company has confirmed that I have over paid and sent them that confirmation as well.

Should have walked away when they demanded a high deposit for surgery, once my doctors office called the deposit was dropped. After surgery the Dr. Misra did not tell my family that the surgery was over. My blood pressure kept dropping I was in recovery longer then expected my family had no idea what was going on. Now months after surgery my insurance paid and I am owed a refund from deposit but I can not get it back just keep getting bill, even took my explaintion of benifits still on no $s

I was referred to Dr. Misra by legal representation. I was constantly told I would be scheduled for surgery . I received three cortisone shots , several out of work noticed, and prescriptions that I had to use my health insurance to eliminate $130,00 per prescription. Then Dr. Misra refused to do the surgery with my legal case still open! I challenge his dedication to his practice rather than his patient, Dr. Misra and my legal representation are in it to win it!!! I don't care pay me the $$

Once you actually get to see Dr Misra he's nice enough, but you can tell he's just trying get out of there to see the next patient as fast as possible. This office has the despicable practice of scheduling about 35 patients an hour which means the waiting room is ALWAYS full to capacity, and you are GUARANTEED to wait about an hour in the waiting room and then another 30 minutes in the exam room.
