Doctor Gordon Ortho-Primer, Performed (2)knee replacement surgeries on me. It's been over a year, I've survived both the Covid virus and the vaccine. To date I feel GREAT. No more pain or knee problem issues. The stainless steel within my legs feels (adoptable). Range of motion, walking (fast, quick turnarounds) are no problem for me. I'm very satisfied, happy with standing (for an extended) amount of time and grateful for the option I was offered and selected at Primere. The office staff is a professional grade of committed & caring individuals. If your intrested in "what happens now?" In dealing with knee pain issues. Call Dr Gordon's office, make an appointment, see if its for you. I'm very satisfied.

Dr. Gordon is a great surgeon. Has done 3 surgeries on me, and I'm very successful at walking. And it's all because of him, and great PT

Globally, not impressed with anything in this practice, from the organization of front office to the amount of time the doctor spent on assessing my injury. Zero follow-up, zero effort to provide any meaningful service.

Dr. Gordon is one of the most caring individuals I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing, let alone treating my orthopedic issues. I would recommend him to any one of my family members because I know they would be in great hands. You get the whole package with Dr. Gordon- great surgeon, amazing staff, personable, wonderful bedside manner, humble...won’t find anyone like him. Best in town!

Dr Gordon is phenomenal. He has treated a total of 8 joints for my entire family! I see reviews judging his office staff, which is sad, because I have been a patient a long time, I know that he rectified this situation by forging out on his own when most Docs are being forced to be a part of a practice to survive in today’s growing world of healthcare regulation! He is so committed to his patients he took this risk as it was the only way to build a practice that is service oriented and cares for the patients as much as he does. So please think twice...the staff has changed and he is a phenomenal surgeon and let the results speak for themselves!

I would never recommend anyone go to Dr.Gordon. He performed a total hip replacement & was not prepared for my surgery. As a result 2 screws came loose after surgery. I suffered for 6 weeks before I was aware the screws became loose. Then I had to have a revision to my hip replacement & it didn’t work either. I suffered for months before I could get an appointment to see him to tell him I knew one of the screws broke & the other one was abutting my sciatic nerve. Need I say more. Don’t go to him

Truely horrible staff! The staff is extremely rude and caused a much needed hip replacement to be cancelled. Do not go to Dr. Gordon's office, there are better options. The day before my surgery I was contacted by my insurance who informed me that he was not in network. The doctor's office had previously assured me that he was. I went to the office to discuss the matter as I had already made costly arrangements for childcare and no one was answering the phone. The staff was rude and did not help

DR Gordon seems to be a successful and skillful surgeon. He did a total knee for me. Surgery was successful and the hospital experience was organized. Now, his office staff, specifically Tina and Jennifer who deals with his patients seem less than eager to assist with paperwork, FMLA, pain prescription refill, making sure that a patient's concerns about being able to return to work. Perhaps they are overwhelmed with their duties. These issues need to be considered along all other issues.
