Dr Smith is really good at his job .. he is friendly and efficient...he listens and explains everything.. he did a great job with my surgery

I really like Dr Smith. He has been doing gel injections in my knee and they work great. Eventually when the gel shots don't work for me any more I am sure I will be trusting him to do my knee replacement surgery. However, the people doing the scheduling need to pay attention to the fact that everyone in the waiting room, for him and the other doctors there, are waiting for 1 to 2 hours beyond their appointment time to see their doctors. My husband is also a patient there with a different doctor and it is the same way...1 to 2 hours wait time. Scheduling desk, pay attention! It can hurt the doctors reviews.

I highly recommend Dr. Smith and his team. He made me feel at ease and explained the process thoroughly. Everything about my wrist surgery exceeded my expectations.

I generally hate going to DRs, not this one. He’s been fantastic to me throughout this whole ordeal. Office staff great. No long waits past appointment times. Wish my PCP office functioned this way.

Dr Smith completed a total hip replacement on me. He is a VERY professional surgeon and always took the time to answer my questions. His staff is first class and did an exceptional job coordinating the surgery and providing me post op support. I highly recommend Dr Smith for any orthopedic issues.

Dr. Smith was friendly and efficient. He assessed my injury and made a proper referral to the practice's hand surgeon. The staff is great, friendly and professional, no wait beyond appointment time and great help getting me in for imaging as a priority.

My experience was no so good. Dr. Smith came into the exam room, sat down on the stool and had an attitude. Asked me "why was I here, and what can I do for you?" I fell in the Walmart parking lot 4/5 . Went to urgent care with scrapped up knees,palm and face. An injured elbow. I was told I had a displaced fat pad and possibly a hairline fracture. They made the follow up appointment with Dr Smith. He told me there is nothing wrong with my arm. And dismissed my pain and the fact I can't straighten my arm. Also told me I only needed to straighten my arm if I was a cheerleader and needed to make the letter Y. Then told me if I contained to have a problem with it come back. Not on your life!

Dr. Smith took the time to explain the procedure on my broken wrist and answered all my questions. I like his professional manner and I am very happy with him and all the staff. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

It was very quick, from intake paperwork to the wait time in the exam room prior to the nurse coming in to begin my appointment.. possibly the shortest wait time I've ever experienced! The visit was easy, friendly, expedient, and all issues were handled with no problem. A very positive experience indeed!

Dr. Ross Smith performed surgery on me to put in a shorter pin where I had previously broken my femur a year ago. This was not as complicated as the original surgery but I wanted it done in hopes I would have reduced pain. He did a fantastic job. It has pretty much eliminated my pain and I am walking as good as I did before breaking my femur. Dr. Ross is pleasant and detail oriented and respectful. I hope I will not need orthopedic services in the future but, if I do, he will be my choice.

Dr Smith diagnosed and explained my foot injury perfectly. He gave me the option of a cast or splint to stabilize my injury. Knowing I wouldn’t be the most compliant, I opted for a cast. The nurses are well educated and skilled in cast application... it was a very easy injury to get through, thanks to my ortho team! Highly recommend!!
