Wonderful bedside manner
I was impressed with kindness and compassion of office staff.Very pleasant experience all around. Dr. Starr came across confident, knowledgeable, personable plus willing to listen to my concerns. Informed and compassionate
Dr Starr took time to explain my trigger fingers and to clarify my options. His injections were skillfully done. Dr Starr was compassionate and showed a wonderful sense of humor which made the visit even period

Fantastic hand surgeon who is also very personable
Not only is Dr. Starr an amazing hand surgeon who is highly skilled, he is incredibly friendly & kind and puts his patients completely at ease. This was so important to me when I needed carpal tunnel and ulnar nerve surgery and why I highly recommend Dr. Starr to anyone in need of a hand doctor.

Great experience!
Dr. Starr was very kind & thorough in his examination of my hand. He diagnosed that my pain is caused by arthritis & he explained my choices for treatment. I chose to begin taking anti inflammatories instead of steroid injections, leaving that option open if I need more relief. I was very satisfied with his advice.

Quick to get an appointment. In and out quickly. Dr Star was very thorough about my issue and explained everything thoroughly. The 5 pages of paperwork was a little overwhelming. But that’s modern medical red tape.

He is very personable, kind and considerate with his patients. Provides a thorough exam, explains the diagnosis and xrays, answers any questions in medical and layman's terms. Discusses the surgical procedures rehabilitation process and followup including outcomes. The medical and office staff are courteous and helpful

Excellent “bedside” manner, easy to talk with
First off, Dr Starr is a top rated surgeon with high reviews and superior surgical outcomes. He has a genuine, down to earth, kind demeanor and doesn’t make you feel rushed in office visits. Dr. Starr’s office staff is professional and efficient from check in, appointment details and check out. Overall, the visits I’ve had with Dr Starr have been positive and with very good results addressing my problems. I drive over 2 hours to see Dr Starr and it is worth the effort.
