Absolutely *horrible* scheduling and customer service at the front desk. The receptionist and scheduling clerk (in the back) were outrageously rude and give new meaning to the term "snotty." Having a history of melanoma, I had been seeing Dr. Mann since approximately 2010. Over the past couple of years, I have been constantly rescheduled, bumped around, and swindled into seeing the Physician's Assistant instead of Dr. Mann. While in the office, they then blamed me (AGAIN) for their ineptitude in scheduling incorrectly stating that I was a no show. He reviewed the Mohs process with me several times, but he did not follow this procedure during surgery. He had no plan for repair of the surgical site. Beware.

Dr Mann is young at heart but with old fationed senibilities. The staff is excellent and very particular about sterile procedures. Dr Mann demands excellence and achieves it from both his staff and himself.
