Rushed and Incomplete
I saw Dr. Chabra in October 2022 at the SaddleBrooke remote office. He behaved like an automaton. He did not explain what he saw nor what to expect after using Cryo on my face. I changed my 2023 appointment to see Dr. Safo. In 2024, I tried to get a report of the 2022 screening, but his staff seems untrained.

My mother loves him!
I have been taking my mother to see Chabra for 2 years now and he has done a tremendous job with her. Unfortunately she was part of the baby oil generation and has had many skin cancers including melanoma. Chabra has been great at taking care of these for my mom and I can barely see any scars. She loves him! She says she hasn't felt any pain anytime Chabra has cut on her. He's great at distracting her. We are fortunate to have such a good doctor.

Great experience
I've had 2 large skin cancers taken care of by Dr Chabra and his team. 1 was on my scalp and the other on my chest. They got me in quick and got rid of both cancers within 1 week! This allowed me to go on a cruise as planned. I am very grateful for their care and for accommodating my tight schedule.

Rushed appointment and delayed report on squamous
I saw Dr.Chabra on 4/3/23. He biopsied my leg and received the report on 4/4/23. He did not call me until 4/23, some 19 days after he had the report. Squamous cell carcinoma! Not satisfactory! He rushed my appointment and left no time for questions. He was abrupt and did not explain things well. I will never go to him again.

Best Dermatologist in Tucson
Both me and my sister have been seeing Dr. Chabra for 2 years now. I am a Tucson native and have seen several dermatologists before him. Both my sister and I agree that Dr. Chabra is the best one. I've never actually had anyone look at my skin thoroughly before in all the visits I've had with dermatologists before. Everything I point at, he tells me the diagnosis. He is thorough, efficient, and doesn't do anything that's not necessary. He focuses on my me and my skin and any concerns I have instead of other things. I highly recommend Dr. Chabra.

I didn't feel like there was a lot of care and consideration when it came to the underlying issue with my skin. I tried to talk about how my past medical history led to my skin issues, but the appointment ended up lasting only 30 seconds. Dr. Chabra walks in and takes a couple of seconds to look at my skin and then prescribed some medication. I asked if the medication was under my insurance and they assured me it was. When I picked up the medication I was surprised to see that it was not covered. I did not feel like I got the care and attention I was looking for and I did not feel like the staff was not knowledgeable when it came to my insurance.

The best doctor one could ask for
My husband has seen Dr. Chabra many times over the years, both in Tucson and in Iowa. When no one could diagnose why my husband was getting these occasional blisters every several months, Dr. Chabra worked hard to make the right diagnosis. He is a very thorough doctor. Because of his detective work, he found that my husband was suffering from a cancer called multiple myeloma. Treating my cancer in the bone marrow made his blisters stop from coming. I have also seen Dr. Chabra for several skin cancers over the years on my face. He has treated them with Mohs surgeries and despite all these surgeries on my face, you can't really tell anything was done. He has also treated me with medicines to make my skin look and feel great and keep skin cancers from coming. My husband and I are grateful for the excellent care provided by Dr. Chabra and his great staff! He is the only doctor I know who actually has called me to check on me.

Best Dermatologist in Tucson
Dr. Chabra and DMC Dermatology is the absolute BEST. As long as I live in Tucson, my entire family and I will only see Dr Chabra. He is one of the most kind, knowledgeable, caring, honest, patient physicians I have ever met. We started seeing him when my daughter was only a few months old and Dr. Chabra suspected a genetic condition. When Dr Chabra me told me this, he told me honestly but with so much respect and empathy. He took time to show me pictures of the condition, answer my questions and comfort me. After ordering the test, his entire team communicated with me throughout the process. Then I had insurance issues and DMC's biller called me and discussed the matter personally with Dr. Chabra. They lowered my bill to the lowest amount that they possibly could and told me that they believe affordable medical care should be provided to everyone that needs it. Every time I go into DMC's office I am blown away by staff and reminded that there are good physicians that genuinely care

I've had several skin cancers treated by Dr Chabra and his staff. One of these was on the nose and was quite large but him and his staff took care of me expertly with Mohs surgery and fixed it beautifully. Most of all they were compassionate and professional and I didn't have to wait. Dr Chabra even called me on a Sunday personally to check on me! Never had a doctor do that before in Chicago from where I moved.

As a physician myself, I know outstanding intelligence, compassion, and skill when I am the patient. Dr. Chabra's deep knowledge of medicine and his excellence in dermatology were evident to me when he diagnosed and treated me for two skin carcinomas and swiftly understood my complex medical history. I recommend him highly and because of my confidence in him, have arranged for him to treat my physician wife.

I took my Mom to see Dr. Chabra and I was HIGHLY Impress! I would recommend Dr. Chabra to EVERYONE! He's thorough, informative, and patient. Mom had been in leg pain for MONTHS. Dr. Chabra recommended a cream and within FOUR DAYS, Mom was almost dancing (and she's not a dancer - LOL)! Thank you Dr. Chabra, you're the BEST!

Dr Chabra moved from Iowa to Tucson after practicing Dermatology for 14 years in Iowa. I had my annual inspection with him and he removed a cyst on the back of my head. He is very thorough and spends as much time as you want discussing skin cancer etc. I highly recommend him and am very happy I was referred to him.
