Dr. Ron Kassof, MD

This rating is not for Dr Kassof but for his staff that follows up on claims. I have dealt with multiple incompetent reps in his office who have been not only been lazy as far as doing basic follow up on a claim that was not submitted correctly but also rude. I spoke to Tina who claimed to be the office manager and she told me good luck with paying my bill AFTER they locate my insurance payment because my account is considered past due although they never settled the claim. I have worked in medical billing for several years and I know that you can not balance bill a patient when you are contracted with their insurance. Leaving a claim unfollowed up on for months and then throwing the responsibility back ln the patient after they’ve made all the calls they were supposed to is crazy and unheard of. Treat people kindly and take accountability.

I recently had to have an unexpected mastectomy due to breast cancer. After repeated horrible post surgical reactions to medications, from other surgeries, other hospitals, other Drs, etc, I had decided no surgery, no drugs ever again. I would die before another surgery and those horrible reactions. After my In depth consultation with Dr Kassof, he assured me that would not happen again. He listened and questioned so carefully. My surgery went so well! For the first time in decades neither myself nor my family had to endure wretched drug reactions that caused more trauma than the surgery it self! Thank you kind sir. Thank you for taking care of me!
