The reception and nursing staff were kind and friendly; I was treated like a person and not a numbered file. The doctor was also friendly and personable. He asked relevant questions about current status and past be experience. I was clear he had knowledge of my file. The action plan and how long before the next appointment were clear. I felt comfortable about it.

My visit w Dr Smith was excellent,I never had such a Attentive, Professional, Understanding, Knowledgeable and overall Superb Doctor in my adult years as he is!!!!His Nurse Assistant [...], was Professional, Attentive, Pleasant, Thorough and administered one of the best shots I've ever had!!!!!Both Medical Professionals are an asset to the Baystate Health System!!!!!
