Having Swartze is like trying to gain an audience with the great and powerful Oz. I have chronic afib and have had two heart procedures one of which was done by Swartze and I have gone back into afib. My care, from the beginning, has been handled by a very friendly nurse practitioner not the good doctor...too busy. I have been told I need another ablation and that was top of August and I'm scheduled for Nov 9th. I had to call 4 times to get a call from their surgery scheduler. I've twice gone to Audubon at 10AM for a procedure scheduled by Swartze's office and 7 hours later have the procedure done. During the three years I've been under his care I've been in front of him possibly 10 minutes. I'm always in front of his nurse practitioner. His office has been mostly non responsive to my phone calls. I will say when I've been in front of him he is friendly, and very professional. It's such a bother to have to go find a new doctor but I'm done with Swartze.
